    Abstract: An automatic hub type identifying device and a method for identifying a hub type using the device are provided. The device includes a feed roller bed, an electronic belt scale, a transfer roller bed, an identification device, a discharge roller bed and a processor, in which the feed roller bed is configured to convey a hub to the electronic belt scale; the electronic belt scale is in data connection with the processor, and is configured to weigh the hub conveyed by the feed roller bed and transmit the weighing result to the processor; the transfer roller bed is configured to transfer the hub from the electronic belt scale to the identification device; and the identification device includes servo drive devices and micro contact displacement detecting devices connected to the servo drive devices.

    Abstract: A die casting machine melt leakage detecting device includes a pulling wire, multiple wire winding columns, a wire fixing member, an elastic wire connecting member and a trigger switch. The pulling wire is capable of withstanding temperature outside a mold during normal die casting and is melted and broken after making contact with molten metal. The multiple wire winding columns are arranged around the mold, an end of the pulling wire is connected with the wire fixing member, and another end of the pulling wire is sequentially wound around the wire winding columns and is connected with the elastic wire connecting member. The elastic wire connecting member is opposite to the trigger switch, the elastic wire connecting member is in a compressed or stretched state when the pulling wire is kept tensioned in the operating state.

    Abstract: The application provides a cooling water channel for a casting mold. The cooling water channel adopts a sealing structure in which a water channel insert, a sealing cover plate and a metal corrugated sealing ring are matched with each other, wherein a bottom surface of the metal corrugated sealing ring is corrugated or two side walls of the metal corrugated sealing ring are corrugated, and the sealing cover plate is pressed to enable the metal corrugated sealing ring to generate elastic deformation, so that corrugations on the two side walls of the metal corrugated sealing ring and a side wall of the water channel form multi-point contact or the bottom surface of the metal corrugated sealing ring expands to make the side walls of the metal corrugated sealing ring in tight contact with the water channel to achieve a water channel sealing effect.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of automobile chassis suspension system tests, and provides a wheel acceleration torque system and test equipment for an automobile chassis simulation road test. The automatic connection and separation mechanism is connected with a transmission shaft of a wheel; the automatic connection and separation mechanism can apply acceleration torque of the torque shaft to the transmission shaft, and can separate the acceleration torque applied to the transmission shaft; and the wheel acceleration torque system and the test equipment can adapt to the requirement for applying the acceleration torque in a test of a test bench, simulate to apply the acceleration torque which the wheel bears in the actual road running process, ensure that a test state of a tested wheel and suspension system is close to a test state of a real automobile test field.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparation of an aluminum matrix composite including preparation of in-situ reaction mixed salt, preparation of a TiB2 enhanced 6061 aluminum matrix composite and ultrasonic treatment of a composite melt. The obtained composite contains TiB2 enhancing particles which are fine in size and uniform in distribution and may remarkably improve the mechanical performance indicators of a matrix alloy. In the TiB2 enhanced 6061 aluminum matrix composite according to the present disclosure, the size of the TiB2 enhancing particles is 200-500 nm and the particles are uniform in distribution in the matrix alloy.
