Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, a power consumption device, and a method and device for producing a battery cell are provided. The battery cell includes: a housing which has an accommodating cavity and an opening at one end. The housing has a first wall which is adjacent to the opening; an electrode terminal, disposed on the first wall; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the accommodating cavity and having a tab; and a connecting component which is configured to electrically connect the electrode terminal and the tab and includes a first portion and a second portion that are relatively bent. The first portion is configured to be electrically connected to the electrode terminal, the second portion is configured to be electrically connected to the tab, and the tab is located between the second portion and the opening or the second portion is located between the tab and the opening.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a battery, an electric apparatus, a method for manufacturing battery, and an apparatus for manufacturing battery, so as to enhance stiffness and strength of the battery. The battery includes: a box; and at least one row of battery cells accommodated in the box, where the battery cell is a polyhedral structure and includes a first wall and a second wall connected to each other, the first wall being perpendicular to a first direction, the second wall being a wall with a largest area in the battery cell and oblique to the first direction, and the first direction being parallel to the direction of gravity. Each row of battery cells in the at least one row of battery cells are arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and adjacent ones of the battery cells are attached to each other via the second wall.

Abstract: A battery unit includes: an electrode assembly, including a main body portion, and a negative tab and a positive tab, which respectively extend out from both ends of the main body portion along the length direction; a negative terminal and a positive terminal, arranged at the top of the electrode assembly; a first current collector for electrically connecting the negative tab with the negative terminal; and a second current collector for electrically connecting the positive tab with the positive terminal. The first current collector includes a first guiding plate. The first guiding plate is of a flat plate structure, and the negative tab is bent to one side of the first guiding plate away from the main body portion and is connected with the first guiding plate.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a cell and a battery using the same. The cell comprises a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate which each are provided with an uncoated current collector, the uncoated current collector of the positive electrode plate and the uncoated current collector of the negative electrode plate each are respectively welded with an electrical conductive piece used to connect with an external circuit. The uncoated current collector of the positive electrode plate is punched to form an electrolyte transmission channel and/or the uncoated current collector of the negative electrode plate is punched to form an electrolyte transmission channel; a punching manner of the electrolyte transmission channel comprises following one manner or two manners: one manner is that an edge region of the uncoated current collector which is not aligned with the electrical conductive piece is punched to form an semi-closed channel, the other manner is that the uncoated current collector is punched to form a hole-like all-closed channel. In comparison with the technology in background, by that the uncoated current collector is punched to form the electrolyte transmission channel, electrolyte infiltration speed is improved, at the same time the rate performance and the cycle performance of the battery are promoted.
