The battery module comprises first batteries arranged sequentially in a horizontal direction. An outer surface of the case comprises a first surface, and the first surface is connected with the connection portion via the first adhesive member. An area A of the first surface and an elastic modulus B of the first adhesive member satisfy a relationship: 0.02 cm2/MPa≤A/B≤9 cm2/MPa.

摘要: The present application relates to an electrode sheet for Li-ion battery and a Li-ion battery including the same. The Li-ion battery includes a current collector and a diaphragm layer coated on the current collector, the current collector includes a coating region and at least one electrode tab region, the coating region is a region of the current collector coated with the diaphragm layer; the coating region is adjoined with the electrode tab region, a stress releasing region is provided at adjoining position of the coating region and at least one electrode tab region. The stress releasing region provided by the present application can reduce stress received by the diaphragm during rolling and stretching processes, which can avoid cracking of electrode tab and electrode sheet, and can improve battery cycling performance and, at the same time, can also be fused in short circuit, thereby improving safety performance of the battery.

摘要: An electrode assembly and a lithium-ion battery are described. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode plate, a separator, and a negative electrode plate, where the negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active substance layer, the negative electrode plate further includes a lithium metal layer, the lithium metal layer is formed by a plurality of regular or irregular strip-shaped lithium-rich regions, and the plurality of lithium-rich regions present a discontinuous pattern of spaced distribution in a length direction of the negative electrode plate. The electrode assembly further satisfies that: negative electrode capacity per unit area/positive electrode capacity per unit area=1.2 to 2.1 and negative electrode capacity per unit area/(positive electrode capacity per unit area+capacity of the lithium metal layer on the surface of the negative electrode active substance layer per unit area× 80%)≥ 1.10.

The case includes: an electrical chamber configured to accommodate a plurality of battery cells and a bus component, where at least one battery cell of the plurality of battery cells includes a pressure relief mechanism; a thermal management component configured to accommodate a fluid to adjust temperatures of the plurality of battery cells; and a collection chamber configured to collect, when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, emissions from the battery cell provided with the pressure relief mechanism; where the thermal management component is configured to isolate the electrical chamber from the collection chamber. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the safety of the battery can be enhanced.

A battery module includes: a cooling component; and a battery group, comprising secondary batteries disposed side by side in a first direction and each including a case having an accommodating hole, an electrode assembly disposed in the accommodating hole, and a cap assembly, the electrode assembly including two end faces disposed opposite to each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction and an electrode tab extending from each end face. The secondary batteries each includes two sides opposite to each other in the second direction, the cooling component is disposed on at least one of the two sides, the cooling component and the end face are respectively disposed on two sides of the case in the second direction, and the cooling component is connected and fixed to each of the secondary batteries.
