Abstract: Provided are a phase-change microcapsule, a separator, an electrode plate, a battery, and an electrical device. The phase-change microcapsule includes: a core and an insulative heat-conducting wall material wrapped around the core. The core includes a first phase-change component and a second phase-change component. The first phase-change component is paraffin with a melting point of 37° C. to 42° C. The second phase-change component is paraffin with a melting point of 65° C. to 75° C. A melting point of the insulative heat-conducting wall material is greater than 75° C. A mass ratio between the first phase-change component and the second phase-change component is 35:(45 to 77). The phase-change microcapsule is applied to the battery in the form of a coating layer. The specified first phase-change component and second phase-change component of a specified melting point are mixed at a specified ratio in the core.

Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, a power consumption device, and a method and device for producing a battery cell are provided. The battery cell includes: a housing which has an accommodating cavity and an opening at one end. The housing has a first wall which is adjacent to the opening; an electrode terminal, disposed on the first wall; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the accommodating cavity and having a tab; and a connecting component which is configured to electrically connect the electrode terminal and the tab and includes a first portion and a second portion that are relatively bent. The first portion is configured to be electrically connected to the electrode terminal, the second portion is configured to be electrically connected to the tab, and the tab is located between the second portion and the opening or the second portion is located between the tab and the opening.

Abstract: This application provides a lithium-ion battery, a positive electrode plate for a lithium-ion battery, and an apparatus. The lithium-ion battery includes a positive electrode plate that includes a positive current collector and a positive active material layer arranged on at least one surface of the positive current collector. A positive active material in the positive active material layer includes a positive active substance I and a positive active substance II. The positive active substance I is a layered lithium nickel transition metal oxide. The positive active substance II is an olivine-type li-containing phosphate. The positive electrode plate satisfies 2.5≤N/(PD×(1−P1)×(1−A))≤21. The positive electrode plate for a lithium-ion battery has relatively high energy density, and a high transmission rate of lithium ions, which effectively increases instantaneous discharge power under a low SOC while ensuring high volume energy density of lithium-ion batteries using the positive electrode plate.

Abstract: This application discloses a battery cushion and a forming method thereof, and a battery module and a forming method thereof. The battery cushion includes a body and breakable bubbles. The breakable bubbles are disposed in the body. The breakable bubbles include at least a first bubble and a second bubble. A breaking pressure of the first bubble is less than a breaking pressure of the second bubble, so that the battery cushion can release a space occupied by the battery cushion in a progressive manner under different external forces. The battery cushion disclosed in this application can not only achieve a pre-tightening force required during assembly of the battery module but also effectively relieve an expansive force generated during working of the battery module.
