Abstract: Disclosed by the present application are a positioning method and apparatus, which are used to improve indoor positioning performance and precision without occupying a large amount of system resources. At a positioning server side, a positioning method provided by an embodiment of the present application comprises: acquiring a positioning capability supported by a user equipment (UE), and determining, according to the positioning capability, that the UE may obtain a positioning measurement value by means of detecting a positioning reference signal ioPRS that is used for indoor/outdoor positioning; acquiring positioning auxiliary data comprising ioPRS configuration data, and sending the positioning auxiliary data to the UE; acquiring the positioning measurement value that is provided by the UE and that is acquired on the basis of the ioPRS, and using the positioning measurement value to position the UE.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of wireless communications, in particular, to a measurement method and device, used for solving the problem in the art that there is no specific solution for a terminal to perform OTDOA measurement in a NR system. In embodiments of the present application, a terminal determines a detected first beam reference signal, and sends a request message to an LMF entity, receive first positioning assistance data comprising second beam information of a second beam reference signal sent by the LMF entity, measure the second beam reference signal of an adjacent base station according to the first positioning assistance data. Therefore, it is ensured that the LMF entity can accurately provide the positioning assistance data to a UE according to first beam information of the first beam reference signal, the time and power consumption of the terminal for searching the second beam reference signal are reduced, and the system performance is further improved.

The method is applied to a terminal, and the method includes: receiving a measurement-configuration information sent by a network-side device, wherein the measurement-configuration information contains at least a reported group quantity of a measured value of a target measurement parameter, and the target measurement parameter refers to a parameter of a target measurement signal; according to the measurement-configuration information, measuring the target measurement parameter; and sending the measured value of the target measurement parameter to the network-side device. The embodiments of the method solve the problem that, in the conventional 5G NR system, the configuration information for reference signals has not been complete.

Abstract: A channel state information (CSI) feedback method and device are disclosed. In the method, a terminal determines an orthogonal beam group and pre-coding matrix information according to codebook parameter information, where a same beam in the orthogonal beam group has same specified coefficients in first and second polarization directions, each of the specified coefficients comprises an amplitude coefficient and/or a phase coefficient; the pre-coding matrix information includes the specified coefficients and adjustment factors, and the adjustment factors are used together with the specified coefficients to determine linear combination coefficients except the specified coefficients in a linear combination coefficient set; and the pre-coding matrix information is sent to a network-side device.
