Abstract:
A process cartridge comprises an electrophotographic photosensitive drum and a developing roller. A coupling member is provided that receives a rotating force for rotating the electrophotographic photosensitive drum and transmits the rotating force to the electrophotographic photosensitive drum through a drum flange. The drum flange has (i) a first regulated portion capable of being regulated by a first regulating portion, (ii) a second regulated portion capable of being regulated by a second regulating portion, (iii) a connecting portion that is connected with the coupling member so that a rotational axis of the coupling member is inclineable relative to a rotational axis of the drum flange, and (iv) a gear portion that transmits the rotational force from the coupling member to the developing roller.
Abstract:
Exemplary embodiments of the invention provide techniques that enable avoidance of the concentration of an electric field at the edge of a semiconductor film in a semiconductor device such as a thin film transistor, thereby enhancing the reliability. Exemplary embodiments provide a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device using a structure in which a semiconductor film, a dielectric film, and an electrode are deposited. The method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: forming an island-shape semiconductor film on one dielectric surface of a substrate, the substrate having at least one dielectric surface; forming a first dielectric film on the one surface of the substrate so as to cover the semiconductor film and have a film thickness of the portion other than over the semiconductor film equal to or larger than that of the semiconductor film; reducing a film thickness of the first dielectric film at least in a region over the semiconductor film; and forming an electrode so as to be on the first dielectric film after reduction of the film thickness and pass over a predetermined location of the semiconductor film.
Abstract:
Non-halogen flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer composition, manufacturing method, and an electric wire or cable in which non-halogen flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer composition is used for an insulator or a sheath are provided. Non-halogen flame-resistant thermoplastic elastomer composition includes (A) 40 to 80 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, in which the content of vinyl acetate is 30 wt % or more; (B) 60 to 20 parts by weight of crystalline polyolefin resin; and (C) 40 to 250 parts by weight of metalhydroxide for 100 parts by weight in total of (A) and (B). Further, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is cross-linked with silane.
