A Core Service Platform (CSP) system is integrated with an operator network and IT system to provide services to subscribers and operators. Based on information collected from the operator network and IT system, the CSP system delivers alerts to a subscriber's device and provides offers to resolve the condition causing the alerts. The CSP system provides customized contextual offers to the subscriber's device based on contextual assessments of a subscriber's current context, such as time in contract, loyalty status, data and voice usage, value of customer, time, location and purchase history. The CSP system also provides an operator a suite of tools for the operator to manage its pricing, offers, campaigns and other subscriber-related issues.

A system for managing wireless devices in a wireless network comprising: a processor; and a memory coupled with the processor, wherein the memory is configured to provide the processor with instructions which when executed cause the processor to: receive a diagnostic request to analyze a problem associated with a wireless device operating in the wireless network; retrieve diagnostic information associated with the wireless device from the wireless network; retrieve diagnostic information associated with the wireless device from the wireless device; determine at least one solution for the problem associated with the wireless device based on the retrieved diagnostic information from the wireless network and the wireless device; transmit the at least one solution; and receive a confirmation that the problem has been resolved.

Molded article and process for forming a molded article. The process includes integrally bonding foamed thermoplastic sheet or a foamed thermoplastic insert to form a capped or inserted surface onto an expanding parison during a molding process. Air between the expanding parison and the foamed thermoplastic material is evacuated into and at least partially through the foamed cellular structure. Molded articles having soft foam surface characteristics may be formed without additional pre-molding or post-molding operations. The foamed thermoplastic material may include foamed thermoplastic elastomers, foamed thermoplastic vulcanizates, or foamed thermoplastic polyolefins as extruded profiles or sheets. The molding substrate may include HDPE, polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate or nylon.

An air duct includes a rigid thermoplastic body having softer elastomeric cuff members welded to the ends thereof. The cuff members comprise an outer sealing component and a weldable insert bonded to at least a portion of the inner surface. The cuff members are adhered to the thermoplastic body at the weldable insert through a spin welding or other suitable welding process. The chemical compatibility between the insert and the thermoplastic body provides a robust weld at the interface.

Disclosed here is a system which uses simulations of an electronic circuit and a classifier to create an optimized Test Program Set. A user provides a model of the circuit, including descriptions of common faults. Candidate test signals are simulated in the circuit, evaluated using a classifier and a fitness function which optimizes for fault detection and isolation, and evolved according to a genetic algorithm. The system records the best test signals and terminates after reaching a certain fitness, or after a certain time. The process generates necessary information for an optimized Test Program Set for a given Unit Under Test circuit. This allows test program sets to be generated for complex circuits in a largely automated manner.
Abstract:
A system and method using Differential Pulse Position Modulation (DPPM) to encode digital data so that it can be transmitted using an infrared (IR) link. The digital data is then decoded upon receipt. This invention can be implemented in software and run on an FPGA (or the like) for prototyping and integration with existing designs. The encoding, decoding and sensitive timing are handled by dedicated hardware, which greatly increases the speed of these processes because it frees up the processor to accomplish other tasks.

The present invention provides a method, apparatus and computer readable medium for transmitting a video text message including receiving a text message via a text messaging application on a first mobile device. Based on the input, the next steps are determining a search query term for searching one or more libraries of video clips and accessing the one or more libraries of video clips using the search query term to retrieve a plurality of video clips. Thereupon, further steps are presenting the plurality of video clips to the user in the text message application and receiving a user selection of one of the plurality of video clips. As such, the method, apparatus and computer readable medium combines the selected video clip with the text message to generate the video message and provides for transmission to the second mobile device for viewing thereon.
