    摘要: A washing machine filter having improved structures of a drain filter and a drain casing so that foreign substances are effectively eliminated from wash water, thereby making itless necessary to frequently clean the drain filter. The drain filter includes a filter member having filter holes and filter protrusions, and a hand lever rotatably connected to the front end of the filter member. The filter protrusions, having a length larger than the depth of the filter holes, are perpendicularly protruded upward from the surface of the filter member, and each of the filter holes has a hexagonal shape. The drain filter can be detachable from the drain casing through a filter entrance formed in the front surface of the drain casing. A guide plate can be positioned at the rear end of the filter member, and a guide protrusion corresponding to the guide plate can be formed at the filter entrance, thereby permitting alignment of the drain filter within the drain casing.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a novel perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether compound, a process for preparing a copolymer by using the perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether compound, and an optical plastic material comprising a copolymer prepared by the process. More specifically, the perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether has a particular molecular structure; the process is performed by copolymerizing the perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether compound with a common fluorinated olefin in the presence of a perfluorinated radical initiator; and, the optical plastic material comprises a copolymer prepared by the process and optionally a dopant. The copolymerization of the perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether with a common fluorinated olefin can provide a copolymer having a high molecular weight. In addition, appropriate control of the composition of the monomers can provide a completely amorphous copolymer. Since the polymer prepared by the process exhibits excellent thermal properties and is substantially transparent in the UV and near IR regions, it can be usefully applied to various optical plastic materials. Furthermore, a preform for a GI type plastic optical fiber fabricated by using the copolymer and the dopant has a high Tg, thus being stable, and a parabolic refractive index profile due to the presence of the dopant.

    摘要: An optical communication module is provided with a platform to provide an accurate axial alignment with optical transceiving subassemblies. In the optical communication module, axes of the optical transceiving sub-assemblies are aligned by virtue of previously established axial alignment of the platform, and the platform is fixed to a main body by inserting an insertion jaw of a cover into an insertion groove formed on an upper surface of the platform. After the optical transceiving subassemblies are inserted into the platform having the axial alignment required for a system, a bonding agent is filled into spaces defined in the platform, thereby preventing the axes from deviated by an external force. The optical communication module allows for easier and more accurate guidance of a connection between the optical transceiving sub-assemblies and the optical connector, thereby minimizing the optical loss, and preventing the patterns on the printed circuit board from being damaged due to the insertion and disconnection of the optical connector.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a conductive organic thin film device. An air-bridge type of an upper electrode is formed over a lower electrode by using a sacrificial layer and then a gap having a thickness of several nano meter is formed in a part at which the upper electrode and the lower electrode intersect by removing the sacrificial layer. The conductive organic molecules are uniformly adsorbed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode of the nano gap. Adsorption extent of the conductive organic molecules is confirmed by observing a current flowing through the upper and lower electrodes when the conductive organic molecules are adsorbed. Thus, reproducibility of a manufacturing process is improved and mass production is facilitated by adoption of a standardized process.

    摘要: A transcoder for use between speech codecs using different Code-Excited Linear Prediction (CELP) type and a method therefor are disclosed. The transcoder includes a decoding unit of an input CELP codec, a transcoding filter, a transcoding filter design unit, and an encoding unit of an output CELP codec. By substituting a post-filter and a perceptual weighting filter of a prior art with one transcoding filter, the calculation amount of the transcoder is reduced, and speech quality decoded at a receiving end is improved.
