Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus and method for tagging a topic to content. The apparatus may include an unstructured data-based topic generator configured to generate a topic model including an unstructured data-based topic based on content and unstructured data, a viewer group analyzer configured to analyze a characteristic of a viewer group including a viewer of the content based on a social network of the viewer and viewing situation information of the viewer, a multifaceted topic generator configured to generate a multifaceted topic based on the topic model and the characteristic of the viewer group, a content divider configured to divide the content into a plurality of scenes, and a tagger configured to tag the multifaceted topic to the scenes.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for providing a virtual API for a web-application mashup service. The apparatus for providing a virtual API includes: a screen data obtaining unit configured to obtain a website screen by accessing a website based on website access information or obtain an application program execution result screen by executing an application program based on application program execution information; and a virtual API processing unit configured to capture an interested area from the website screen related to a virtual API called by a client or from the application program execution result screen and provide the captured predetermined area of interest to the client.
Abstract:
A system for providing a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) service includes: a service provider configured to provide VDI service data to a client terminal; and a watermark inserter configured to insert a watermark into the VDI service data, in which the watermark comprises a watermark code for identifying a watermark and a terminal code for identifying a client terminal.
Abstract:
A method for dynamically selecting multiple cameras to track a target object, the method including selecting a main camera from among multiple cameras; selecting a target object from an image captured by the main camera; projecting a captured location of the target object onto images to be captured by one or more sub cameras; and selecting sub cameras according to a pixel proportion that indicates a number of pixels which are included in a capture location of the target object in the images captured by the one or more sub cameras.
Abstract:
Provided are a function expandable collaboration screen apparatus and method by freely adding or moving web apps to a collaboration screen including a variety of contents according to a collaboration purpose. The function expandable collaboration screen system according to the present invention includes a collaboration screen apparatus configured to generate a collaboration container on the basis of received collaboration content and collaboration content information and add a web application to the received collaboration content to perform sharing and collaboration works, and a collaboration client configured to select the collaboration content, deliver the selected collaboration content and collaboration content information, remotely connect to the collaboration screen apparatus to remotely control the collaboration content, and update a screen on the basis of the received content change.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for an adaptive Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) streaming service using metadata of content are provided. The metadata may include one or more BaseURL elements. Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) of segments forming media may be generated based on the BaseURL elements. Additionally, aURL of a segment may be generated by mapping a BaseURL element among the BaseURL elements to a sourceURL attribute of the segment. Segments indicated by generated URLs may be identical to each other.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for an adaptive Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) streaming service using metadata of media content are provided. The media content may include a sequence of one or more periods. The metadata may include a start time attribute and/or a duration attribute of each of the periods. The metadata may determine a start time of each of the periods, and a start time of each of segments included in each of the periods. A terminal may access segments included in each of the periods, may decode and render data of media content included in the segments, and may play back the media content.
Abstract:
A method for efficiently transmitting contents on a network is provided. The content transmission method using social information, includes: requesting content registration and social information of a user; allocating, by a social information management node, a multicast address to be used in content transmission based on the content registration information and social information received from a social service provider; transmitting the allocated multicast address to a first access control node to which a first user terminal is connected so as to set the first access control node as a multicast source, in response to a request of the first access control node; and transmitting a response message to a second access control node for setting a multicast transmission path for content transmission between the first access control node and the second access control node when there is a sharing request of the second access control node.
