Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for finishing a wood board with an upper face and a lower face. A layer of liquid synthetic resin is first applied at least onto the upper face or the lower face, and at least one paper ply soaked with a synthetic resin is then applied. The structure is then pressed in a press under high pressure and at a high temperature, wherein the synthetic resin melts and is connected to the upper face or the lower face of the wood board. The invention is characterized in that the upper face and/or the lower face is provided while still having a press skin and in an ungrounded state, and the layer is applied so thinly that the liquid synthetic resin is completely drawn into the press skin, the layer is not actively dried, and the paper ply is positioned on the press skin.
Abstract:
A production line for producing an abrasion-resistant wood-composite panel that has a decorative layer, the production line including a first application device for applying a resin layer to an upper and/or lower side of a core board, a scattering device for scattering abrasion-resistant particles controlled by a light barrier and arranged downstream of the first application device in a direction of processing, a first resin drying device arranged downstream of the first application device and scattering device, a second resin application device for applying a second resin layer to an upper and/or lower side of the core board arranged downstream of the first resin drying device, a second resin drying device arranged downstream of the second application device, and at least one short-cycle press.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing an abrasion-resistant wood material panel that has a decorative layer, including the following steps: applying one first resin layer to the decorative layer on the top and bottom sides of the wood material panel, scattering abrasion-resistant particles onto the resin layer on the top side of the panel; drying the resin layer provided with abrasion-resistant particles onto the first resin layers on the top and bottom sides of the panel in a drying device; applying another resin layer to the dried resin layers on both sides of the panel; drying the second resin layers on both sides of the panel in the drying device; and pressing the layer structure. The invention further relates to a production line for carrying out the method and to a wood material panel that can be produced by means of the method.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wooden material panel, in particular a wood-plastic composite material, including particles of wood and at least one plastic that is functionalized with at least one organic compound. At least one decorative layer is provided on at least one side of the wooden material panel.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing decorative prints having identical quality on at least two carrier materials comprising the following steps: a) providing at least one print motif; b) converting the at least one print motif into at least one high resolution electronic data set having a resolution of up to 1200 dpi, preferably 1000 dpi, by means of at least one image processing software; c) reducing the resolution of the at least one high resolution electronic data set down to 100 dpi, preferably 60 to 80 dpi, by means of at least one image processing software; d) creating at least one first print décor on at least one first carrier material by using at least one digital printer by means of the at least one resolution reduced electronic data set; e) creating at least one print cylinder for a gravure printing process by using at least one resolution reduced electronic data set, wherein the resolution reduced electronic data set can be identical to or different from the resolution reduced electronic data set used for the digital printing; and f) creating at least one second print décor on at least one second carrier material by using the at least one print cylinder. The invention further relates to a device for performing said method.

Abstract:
A solid-borne-sound underlay based on a wood-plastics-composite material. A process for production of the solid-borne-sound underlay is also provided. The process involves the step of applying a mixture of wood particles and plastic particles to at least one first conveyor belt with formation of a preliminary web and introduction of the preliminary web into at least one first continuous-flow oven. The process also involves the step of transfer of precompacted preliminary web into at least one twin belt press. The process also involves the step of cooling compacted solid-borne-sound underlay made of wood-plastics-composite material in at least one cooling press.
