Abstract: Disclosed are an ultrasonic transducer matching layer material and a preparation method thereof. The ultrasonic transducer matching layer material includes the following components in parts by weight: 15˜34 parts of phenolic resin, 50˜92 parts of alumina, 3˜17 parts of graphite, 1˜16 parts of carbon fiber, 1.5˜5 parts of curing agent and 0.5˜5 parts of lubricant. The ultrasonic transducer matching layer material is prepared by internal mixing and thermoforming the powder of raw materials.

Abstract: In one or more embodiments, the present invention is directed to an electrically conductive polymer composition comprising a conductive metal filler material comprising a plurality of metal particles and one or more carbon-based filler material substantially homogenously dispersed throughout a polymer matrix, wherein the aspect ratio of the one or more carbon-based filler material is at least ten times greater than the aspect ratio of the conductive metal filler material comprising a plurality of metal particles. In one or more embodiment, the carbon-based filler material will comprise at least one of carbon nanotubes, multi-walled carbon nanotubes and edge-functionalized graphene.

Abstract: There are provided a polyarylene sulfide composition that contains a post-consumer recycled polyamide and a fibrous filler without compromising the intrinsic heat resistance, chemical resistance, flowability and other characteristics of a polyarylene sulfide and a method for producing it. The polyarylene sulfide composition comprises a polyarylene sulfide (A) having a melt viscosity of 100 to 3000 poises as measured under the conditions of a measuring temperature of 315° C. and a load of 10 kg using a capillary rheometer flow tester fitted with a 1-mm diameter and 2-mm long die, 10 to 90 parts by weight of a post-consumer recycled polyamide (B) per 100 parts by weight of the polyarylene sulfide (A) and 20 to 110 parts by weight of a fibrous filler (C) per a total of 100 parts by weight of the polyarylene sulfide (A) and the post-consumer recycled polyamide (B).

The LCP and the composition including the LCP of the present disclosure have a high heat deflection temperature (HDT), and exhibit excellent heat resistance and anti-bubbling performance.

Abstract: A halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide (PA) composite includes the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of an aliphatic PA, 10 to 30 parts of an aromatic PA, 20 to 30 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant, 10 to 50 parts of a glass fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a char-forming agent, and 0 to 5 parts of an additive, where the aromatic PA is at least one selected from the group consisting of PA66/6T, PA MXD6, and PA6T/6I and the char-forming agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol (DPE) and tripentaerythritol (TPE). In the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite, the aromatic PA itself has high-temperature resistance and aging resistance and exhibits a synergistic effect with a dense carbon layer formed by the char-forming agent during aging. The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite.

Abstract: Disclosed are a liquid hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. In the liquid hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber: the content of acrylonitrile is 15-50%; the hydrogenation saturation is 75-99.5%; the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) is 3,000-60,000; the molecular weight polydispersity index (PDI) is 2.0-8.0; and the glass transition temperature (Tg) is lower than −28° C. The liquid hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber is low in molecular weight and wide in molecular weight polydispersity, simultaneously has an excellent fluidity during processing and excellent mechanical properties after curing and has a unique application value in the field of special rubbers; and the preparation method therefor is simple and feasible in terms of the process.
