Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a multilayer, surface-structured panel, in particular a multilayer, surface-structured flooring panel. The method includes the steps of: providing at least one plastic carrier panel, in particular in the form of a continuous strand; introducing surface structures on at least one side of the plastic carrier panel by means of embossing; applying at least one primer to the structured surface of the plastic carrier panel; printing the plastic carrier panel by direct printing to form a decorative layer; applying an anti-wear layer containing abrasion-resistant particles; applying at least one lacquer layer; and curing the layer structure.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a method for finishing a panel, the method includes a) a relief embossed into the upper side in the form of at least one strip-shaped depression with a depth (T), b) a decorative paper applied to the upper side, c) an overlay paper applied to the decorative paper as an abrasion-resistant layer, d) the lower side provided with a backing layer, e) the structure pressed at a high pressure and temperature, and f) during the pressing, at least one strip-shaped depression again embossed in a second embossing without changing the depth (T). Also, the upper side features a press skin that has a thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 mm, the bulk density of the panel in a top layer is between 950 and 1,000 kg/m3, and an aqueous melamine resin is applied to the upper side as a tempering agent before or after embossing.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a method for finishing a supplied building panel made of a wood material, in particular MDF or HDF, with an upper side and a lower side, wherein, in a first embossing step, a relief is embossed at least into the upper side as first strip-shaped depressions with two opposing side walls, a bottom wall connecting said side walls and a depth (T), and subsequently a decorative pattern (3) is printed on the embossed upper side of the building panel, and the decorative pattern is then sealed by applying an abrasion-resistant layer (4). According to the invention, additional depressions extending at an angle (α) transversely to the first depressions are embossed, and the large-format supplied building panel is divided into individual panels by carrying out a saw cut in and along each of the depressions.
Abstract:
A method for treating a panel of wood-based material to achieve an adhesive-free surface after a decoration (2) has been printed onto at least an upper side of the panel of wood-based material, is distinguished by the fact that a cellulose-free top layer (3) of melamine resin with mixed-in glass beads (5) is applied to the decoration (2), and this top layer (8) is dried before a wear-resistant layer (6) is applied to the top layer (8).
Abstract:
It is provided a method for producing an abrasion- and water-resistant multilayer panel, in particular an abrasion- and water-resistant flooring panel, including the steps: providing at least one plastic carrier plate, in particular a PVC carrier plate; applying at least one base coat to the surface of the plastic carrier plate; printing the plastic carrier plate by direct printing to form a decorative layer; applying at least one first cover layer to the printed decorative layer; uniformly scattering abrasion-resistant particles onto the at least one cover layer applied to the decorative layer; applying at least one second covering layer to the layer of scattered abrasion-resistant particles; optionally, introducing a structure into the at least second cover layer, applying at least one lacquer layer, and curing the layer structure.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for finishing a wood board with an upper face and a lower face. A layer of liquid synthetic resin is first applied at least onto the upper face or the lower face, and at least one paper ply soaked with a synthetic resin is then applied. The structure is then pressed in a press under high pressure and at a high temperature, wherein the synthetic resin melts and is connected to the upper face or the lower face of the wood board. The invention is characterized in that the upper face and/or the lower face is provided while still having a press skin and in an ungrounded state, and the layer is applied so thinly that the liquid synthetic resin is completely drawn into the press skin, the layer is not actively dried, and the paper ply is positioned on the press skin.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for the production of at least one carrier material provided with a print decoration. The print decoration is applied to the at least one carrier material by means of digital printing. The ink used for digital printing is a water-soluble CRYK ink containing at least one cyan pigment, at least one red pigment from the group of quinacridone pigments, the yellow pigment PY181, and at least one black carbon pigment.
Abstract:
A method for producing a pattern, in particular a wood pattern, on the face of a woodbased-material board. The pattern is preset with the aid of a digital data set and applied to the woodbased-material board via an intaglio printing process. The pattern is covered with at least one synthetic resin layer and pressed with the woodbased-material board. The digital data set is used to produce a sample print by use of an inkjet printing process, which print is used to compare with the pattern print on the woodbased-material board in terms of optical appearance. The materials and/or printing conditions used in the pattern printing and the sample printing are coordinated with one another.
