摘要: Provided are a flowrate measurement device and a flowrate measurement method. The flowrate measurement device includes an attachment portion configured to attach the flowrate measurement device to an object to be measured, and a measurement portion. The measurement portion includes a first ultrasonic transmitter, a second ultrasonic transmitter and a plurality of signal receivers between the first ultrasonic transmitter and the second ultrasonic transmitter. The plurality of signal receivers are spaced apart from each other. The first ultrasonic transmitter, the second ultrasonic transmitter and the plurality of the signal receivers are all disposed on the attachment portion, such that both the first ultrasonic transmitter and the second ultrasonic transmitter are capable of emitting an ultrasonic wave signal to the object to be measured. The signal receivers are capable of receiving an ultrasonic wave signal reflected from the object to be measured.

摘要: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a vacuum apparatus, which relates to a display technical field. The vacuum apparatus can eliminate an electrostatic adsorption between a substrate and an electrode so as to avoid damages to the substrate. The vacuum apparatus includes: a vacuum cavity; a first electrode and a second electrode located inside the vacuum cavity and opposite to each other; and positioning structures for positioning the substrate. The substrate is located between the first electrode and the second electrode and is positioned closer to the first electrode or the second electrode. The vacuum apparatus further includes an electrostatic elimination device. The electrostatic elimination device can eliminate the electrostatic adsorption between the substrate and the first electrode and/or between the substrate and the second electrode by attracting charged particles to the surface of the substrate closer to a side of the first electrode and/or the surface of the substrate closer to a side of the second electrode. The present disclosure also relates to manufacture method of the vacuum apparatus.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for inspecting a defect of a liquid crystal panel. The method includes steps of: performing AOI treatment on an image of the liquid crystal panel; determining a plurality of to-be-treated targets that do not meet a defect specification requirement in accordance with an AOI treatment result; ranking the plurality of to-be-treated targets in a predetermined order, and acquiring an aggregation degree parameter of every two adjacent to-be-treated targets of the ranked to-be-treated targets; comparing each aggregation degree parameter with a predetermined aggregation degree parameter to acquire a plurality of comparison results; and determining, in accordance with the plurality of comparison results, the to-be-treated targets corresponding to n consecutive aggregation degree parameters smaller than the predetermined aggregation degree parameter as aggregate-type defects of the liquid crystal panel, n being a natural number and greater than or equal to a predetermined value.

摘要: The present invention provides a repairing method, a repairing device and a manufacturing method of an array substrate, the repairing method comprises: cutting off electrical connection between the pixel driving circuit and the first electrode in an abnormal pixel unit; forming a first through hole and a second through hole in a pixel defining layer according to positions of a selected candidate pixel unit and the abnormal pixel unit; forming a conductive connection part on the pixel defining layer, the conductive connection part electrically connects to the first electrode in the abnormal pixel unit through the first through hole, and to the first electrode in the candidate pixel unit through the second through hole. In the solutions in the present invention, the pixel driving circuit in the candidate pixel unit is electrically connected to the OLED in the abnormal pixel unit, so that the abnormal pixel unit is repaired.

摘要: The present invention provides a backplane structure and a display device including the backplane structure. The backplane structure includes a backplate, a plurality of support components provided on a side of the backplate, and a control unit, wherein each of the support components includes a signal receiving element and an executive element, the signal receiving element may receive a control signal sent by the control unit, and the executive element has one end fastened to the backplate and is capable of being contracted or extended when the control signal is received by the signal receiving element. The display device provided by the present invention can not only achieve flat display, but also achieve curved display with different curvatures.
