Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel-state information process processing method, a network device, and a user equipment, where the channel-state information process processing method includes: after receiving a first channel-state information CSI request sent by a first network device, if CSI corresponding to multiple aperiodic CSI processes has not been reported by a user equipment, dropping CSI corresponding to a part of aperiodic CSI processes among the multiple aperiodic CSI processes, where each CSI process is associated with a channel measurement resource and an interference measurement resource. A problem existing after a CoMP technology is introduced can be solved that the UE cannot implement processing of multiple CSI processes.

This application discloses a network operation, administration, and maintenance (OAM) method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes: receiving a fault alarm message sent by an MP, where the fault alarm message includes fault information; determining according to the fault alarm message, a first maintenance set to which the MP belongs, where the first maintenance set includes MPs using a first OAM technology; querying an OAM database, to obtain a second maintenance set interacting with the first maintenance set, where the second maintenance set includes MPs using a second OAM technology; and sending a fault notification message to all MPs in the second maintenance set or an MP that is determined according to a policy in the second maintenance set. Therefore, a related fault alarm may be centrally notified on a management plane, and is decoupled from a specific OAM technology, thereby greatly reducing an implementation difficulty.

A method for determining a precoding matrix indicator, user equipment, and a base station are disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: receiving a first reference signal set sent by a base station, where the first reference signal set is associated with a user equipment-specific matrix or matrix set; selecting a precoding matrix based on the first reference signal set, where the precoding matrix is a function of the user equipment-specific matrix or matrix set; and sending a precoding matrix indicator to the base station, where the precoding matrix indicator corresponds to the selected precoding matrix. In the embodiments of the present invention, CSI feedback precision can be improved without excessively increasing feedback overhead, thereby improving system performance.

Embodiments of the present invention provide an interference measurement method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes: determining, by a user equipment, a first resource for interference measurement in a first subframe or determining a second resource not for interference measurement in the first subframe according to at least one of the zero-power CSI-RS configuration information, the non-zero power CSI-RS configuration information, and the CSI-IM configuration information; and performing interference measurement on the first resource, or performing no interference measurement on the second resource. The embodiments of the present invention can improve precision of interference measurement.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a control channel resource transmission method including: obtaining, by a user equipment, a configuration parameter in a candidate control channel set according to a preset protocol and/or higher-layer signaling sent by a base station, where the higher-layer signaling is used to notify the configuration parameter; determining an antenna port according to the obtained configuration parameter; receiving, by using the antenna port, a control channel or a control channel element sent by the base station; and determining, by the base station, the antenna port according to the same configuration parameter as that of the user equipment, and sending, by using the antenna port, the control channel or the control channel element to the user equipment. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to control channel resource transmission.

Embodiments of the present application disclose a method and an apparatus for obtaining channel state information. The method includes: first, receiving, by a user equipment, at least two channel state information CSI measurement reference resource sets sent by a base station; then, measuring, by the user equipment according to each CSI measurement reference resource set of the at least two channel state information CSI measurement reference resource sets, CSI between the user equipment and a transmission point and/or a transmission point combination corresponding to each CSI measurement reference resource set, and obtaining a feedback mechanism satisfying a requirement of the CSI between the user equipment and the transmission point and/or the transmission point combination; and finally, feeding back, by the user equipment, a measurement result to the base station through the same or different feedback mechanisms.

A method for determining codebook generation mode is disclosed by the present disclosure, comprising: A: grouping M kinds of ranks among N kinds of ranks supported by a user equipment (UE) into Z sets of rank, and for each set, respectively selecting a codebook generation mode from at least two preset codebook generation modes, where N, M and Z are integers greater than or equal to 1, M is less than or equal to N, and Z is less than or equal to M; B: informing the UE or a serving cell thereof of the selection. The present disclosure also discloses a UE and a base station. The system performance can be improved by adopting the method and devices of the present disclosure.

A reference signal sequence configuration method includes: selecting, by a network device and from candidate IDs, an ID used for generating a reference signal initialization sequence for a terminal, where the candidate IDs include at least two IDs, and the selected ID does not include a scrambling ID; and generating a reference signal initialization sequence for the terminal according to the selected ID. An implementation manner of the present invention further provides a network device. In the reference signal sequence configuration method and the network device, a reference signal initialization sequence is generated according to the selected ID, thereby providing a manner of generating a reference signal initialization sequence different from the manner in the prior art.

The present invention discloses a notification method for a CQI and a modulation and coding scheme. The method includes: learning, by a terminal, a first CQI index according to a first CQI table; sending the first CQI index to a base station; receiving, by the base station, the first CQI index sent by the terminal UE; determining a first MCS index according to the first CQI table, a first MCS table, and the received first CQI index; sending the determined first MCS index to the UE; receiving, by the terminal, the first MCS index sent by the base station; and determining a modulation order and a code block size according to the first MCS table and the received first MCS index; where the first CQI table includes entries in which modulation schemes are higher than 64QAM.
