Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a device, and a system for registering a terminal application. In the embodiments of the present invention, a download address information recommending request that is sent by a first terminal and carries a terminal identifier of a second terminal is received; and recommended download address information is returned to the first terminal, where the recommended download address information includes a terminal application download address and authentication information used for performing registration, so that the first terminal sends, to the second terminal, a recommending message carrying the recommended download address information, so as to make the second terminal register according to the terminal application download address and the authentication information used for performing registration. In this solution, less time is consumed and a registration success rate is high, which helps to improve an application activating rate for a user.

The present embodiments provide a method and an apparatus for determining a frame boundary of an FEC frame, and a decoding system. The method includes receiving data, where the data includes N+P consecutive symbols, N consecutive symbols constitute a first data block, and N consecutive symbols constitute a second data block; obtaining s parameter values corresponding to the first data block. The method also includes determining a first iterative item and a second iterative item and determining, according to the s parameter values corresponding to the first data block, s parameter values corresponding to the second data block. Additionally, the method includes determining, according to the s parameter values corresponding to the second data block, whether the second symbol is a frame boundary of an FEC frame.

The method in the embodiments of this application includes: receiving a first negotiation packet from a second network device based on a first interface of a first network device, where the first negotiation packet includes a first source media access control MAC address; determining whether the first source MAC address is the same as a first locked MAC address stored by the first network device, where the first locked MAC address is a MAC address of a network device that is determined by the first network device and that has established negotiation with the first network device; and when it is determined that the first source MAC address is different from the first locked MAC address stored by the first network device, skipping updating a link status of a first link based on the first negotiation packet.

A camera assembly and a mobile terminal comprise an optical image stabilization motor with relatively large electromagnetic radiation, for example, a SMA motor. The SMA motor could be disposed on a lighting side of the lens assembly. Because an image sensor is located on an imaging side of the lens assembly, this can achieve a relatively long physical distance between the SMA motor and the image sensor, thereby reducing electromagnetic interference caused by the SMA motor to the image sensor.

The group messaging method is applied to a group-send management device and includes: acquiring an information parameter of an information scheduling device, generating a group-send policy according to the information parameter, and sending the group-send policy to a terminal device served by the information scheduling device. The terminal device performs group messaging according to the group-send policy. The group messaging method and the device provided in the embodiments of the present invention are used for group messaging.
