Abstract: An inter prediction method includes parsing, by a processor, a bitstream to obtain a location of a target adjacent image block of a current image block. The method further includes obtaining a preset correspondence between an adjacent image block location and a motion vector precision, wherein in the preset correspondence, locations of at least two adjacent image blocks correspond to different motion vector precisions. The method further includes determining, based on the location of the target adjacent image block and the preset correspondence, a target motion vector precision corresponding to the target adjacent image block. The method further includes determining a motion vector predictor of the current image block based on the location of the target adjacent image block and the target motion vector precision.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for acquiring video coding compression quality. The method may include: acquiring video stream information; calculating video content complexity according to the video stream information; and calculating video coding compression quality according to the bit rate, the frame rate and the video content complexity. In the embodiments of the present invention, the video coding compression quality may be acquired as long as the video frame information, the bit rate, the frame rate and the video content complexity of a video stream are acquired. The video coding compression quality may be used in subsequent video quality assessment. This process greatly reduces video quality assessment complexity and the assessment may be performed in real time. In addition, the assessed coding compression quality meets the subjective feeling of human eyes better.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an image registration method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a target plane; orthogonally projecting the optical center of each of the cameras in the planar camera array onto the target plane, to obtain a projected point of the optical center of each of the cameras; generating a rectangular grid on the target plane according to the projected points of the optical centers of the cameras in the planar camera array; obtaining a target grid point of each of the cameras according to the rectangular grid; determining a target camera coordinate system of each of the cameras; and registering, images collected by the cameras in the planar camera array. In embodiments of the present disclosure a target camera coordinate system of a camera is determined again, thereby greatly reducing complexity of subsequent image registration.
