摘要: Systems and methods for encoding and decoding using warp motion modes are provided. A method includes receiving a bitstream that includes a coded picture; obtaining warp information that is signaled in the bitstream, the warp information including a warp type indicating a number of parameters to be corrected by delta values, the number of parameters defining warp motion for predicting a current block of the coded picture; obtaining at least one delta value from the bitstream that is a delta of at least one parameter that defines the warp motion for predicting the current block; obtaining a warp model based on the warp information and the at least one delta value; and predicting the current block by performing warped motion compensation using the warp model.

摘要: A video decoding device, in the case where a video of the progressive format is inputted, processes a frame as a picture, in the case where a video of the interlace format is inputted, processes a field as a picture. A video decoding device performs display control corresponding to a format of the both video by analyzing display control information in display control information analyzer. The display control information includes sequence unit display control information which is commonly used in a display process of all pictures that belong to a sequence to be decoded and picture unit display control information which is individually used in a display process of a picture to be decoded. A second code string analyzer acquires each of the sequence unit display control information and the picture unit display control information from an extended information area in units of pictures.

摘要: A method for transmitting a bitstream via a network is provided. The bitstream is for coding a current block and is generated by: deriving a first candidate from a first motion vector that has been used to code a first block; coding a first index identifying a reference picture to be used for coding the current block; deriving a second candidate having a second motion vector that includes a non-zero value, which is assigned to the reference picture; and coding a second index identifying a selected candidate to be used for coding the current block. The second motion vector is not derived by coding a block adjacent to the current block, and the non-zero value is assigned by offset values which include an OffsetX and an OffsetY and which are located in a picture header.

摘要: A video coding mechanism is disclosed. The mechanism includes encoding a coded picture into a bitstream. A current supplemental enhancement information (SEI) message that comprises a decoding unit (DU) hypothetical reference decoder (HRD) parameters present flag (du_hrd_params_present_flag) is also encoded into the bitstream. The du_hrd_params_present_flag specifies whether DU level HRD parameters are present in the bitstream. A set of bitstream conformance tests is performed on the bitstream based on the current SEI message. The bitstream is stored for communication toward a decoder.

摘要: A Local illumination compensation system for video encoding and decoding uses memory for storing illumination compensation parameters and does not require access to reconstructed pixels of neighboring blocks. A set of illumination compensation parameters is stored in a dedicated buffer, which is of limited size, and which is decoupled from the coding unit level storage of information. The buffer contains a set of illumination compensation parameters, which may be, for example, computed (or determined in some other manner) on the fly or determined beforehand (for example for example obtained from the video signal or from a device).

摘要: A tone-mapping function that maps input images of a high dynamic range into reference tone-mapped images of a relatively narrow dynamic range is generated. A luma forward reshaping function is derived, based on first bit depths and second bit depths, for forward reshaping luma codewords of the input images into forward reshaped luma codewords of forward reshaped images approximating the reference tone-mapped images. A chroma forward reshaping mapping is derived for predicting chroma codewords of the forward reshaped images. Backward reshaping metadata that is to be used by recipient devices to generate a luma backward reshaping function and a chroma backward reshaping mapping is transmitted with the forward reshaped images to the recipient devices. Techniques for the joint derivation of forward luma and chroma reshaping functions are also presented.

摘要: Disclosed is a driving method and a driving system for reducing a residual image of AMOLED display. The driving method includes: performing a high contrast edge detection on a static picture; determining an edge contrast of each pixel based on a result of the edge detection; adjusting an output luminance proportional coefficient of each pixel based on the edge contrast of each pixel and a position of each pixel itself; and outputting a luminance of each pixel by the output luminance proportional coefficient corresponding to each pixel. The driving method can improve the bright and dark difference ratio of the edge contours in the high contrast region of the image.

摘要: An apparatus for encoding frames of a sequence of source frames of video image data to be encoded. The apparatus includes encoding circuitry configured to encode the source frames using reference frames. The apparatus also includes monitoring circuitry configured to, when the encoding circuitry is encoding a source frame using one or more reference frames, monitor the memory bandwidth being used when using the one or more reference frames when encoding the source frame. The apparatus further includes encoding circuitry that is operable to, in response to the monitored memory bandwidth being greater than a threshold, to control the encoding circuitry to encode a subsequent part of the source frame using a modified video encoding process to restrict the memory bandwidth usage when using one or more reference frames when encoding a subsequent part of a source frame.

摘要: A vehicle network node module includes device buffers, a network buffer, a switch circuit, and a processing module. The device buffers temporarily store outgoing device packets from, and temporarily store incoming device packets for, vehicle devices in accordance with a locally managed prioritization scheme. The network buffer receives incoming network packets from, and outputs the outgoing network packets to, a vehicle network fabric in accordance with a global vehicle network protocol. The network buffer also temporarily stores the incoming network packets and the outgoing network packets in accordance with the locally managed prioritization scheme. The switching circuit selectively couples the network buffer to individual ones of the device buffers in accordance with the locally managed prioritization scheme. The processing module interprets the outgoing device packets and the incoming network packets to determine types of packets and determines the locally managed prioritization scheme based on the types of packets.
