Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The method includes: receiving, by an access network device from a core network device, a first group identifier of a first terminal group and an identifier of a terminal included in the first terminal group; and sending, by the access network device, the first group identifier and a second group identifier of the first terminal group to the terminal included in the first terminal group. The first group identifier and the second group identifier are used to indicate a paging occasion for the first terminal group, and a paging message for the first terminal group is transmitted on a first physical channel. The technical solutions in the embodiments of this application can improve system efficiency.

Abstract: A channel transmission method, a base station, and a terminal device are provided. In one example method, a base station determines a communication mode to be used between the base station and a terminal device. The base station determines a transmission parameter set of a first channel according to the determined communication mode. The communication mode corresponds to the transmission parameter set of the first channel. The base station transmits information associated with the first channel to the terminal device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a synchronization signal receiving method, including: receiving, by a receive end, a synchronization sequence sent by a transmit end, where the synchronization sequence includes a carrier frequency synchronization sequence, the carrier frequency synchronization sequence is zc(m)=e±jπm(m+1+2q)/L, m=0, 1, . . . , L−1, q∈Z, L indicates a length of the carrier frequency synchronization sequence, q indicates a parameter of the carrier frequency synchronization sequence, Z indicates an integer set, e±jπm(m+1+2q)/L indicates the (±jπm(m+1+2q)/L)th power of e, and e is a natural constant; and performing, by the receive end, frequency offset estimation according to the received synchronization sequence, to obtain a frequency offset estimation value. With the technical solutions of embodiments of the present invention, accuracy of frequency offset estimation can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a random access method, a base station, and a terminal device. The terminal device receives random access configuration information from a base station, and determines a random access channel, a base frequency, and at least two frequency hopping intervals according to the random access configuration information. The terminal device sends, over the random access channel, random access signals to the base station using frequencies determined according to the base frequency and the N frequency hopping intervals. The terminal device may send the random access signals over the random access channel to the base station according to the base frequency the frequency hopping intervals and a frequency hopping pattern.

Abstract: A power control method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method includes: A second device determines first indication information, and the second device can send the first indication information to a first device. Correspondingly, the first device may receive the first indication information from the second device, the first device may determine a first transmit power based on the first indication information, and the first device may send a signal at the first transmit power. The first transmit power is less than or equal to a maximum transmit power of the first device. The second device may control a transmit power of the first device by sending the first indication information to the first device, so that the transmit power of the first device is less than or equal to the maximum transmit power.

Abstract: A signal sending method, a signal receiving method, and a communication apparatus. A first device sends a first signal to a second device on a first frequency domain unit, and sends a second signal on a second frequency domain unit. The first frequency domain unit includes a first frequency, and the second frequency unit includes a second frequency. An absolute value of a difference between the first frequency and the second frequency is related to one or more of the following: a first bandwidth, a second bandwidth, or a third bandwidth. The first bandwidth is a bandwidth occupied by the first frequency domain unit in frequency domain. The second bandwidth is a bandwidth occupied by the second frequency domain unit in frequency domain. The third bandwidth is a bandwidth occupied by a third frequency domain unit in frequency domain.
