    摘要: A conductive path structure includes a conductor that includes a first conductive portion and a second conductive portion which are connected to each other through a cut-off facilitating portion, and a semi-solid state insulation member that is in a semi-solid state and covers the cut-off facilitating portion. When the cut-off facilitating portion is cut off so as to separate the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion to each other due to an impact applied to the cut-off facilitating portion, the semi-solid state insulation member covers end portions of the separated first conductive portion and the separated second conductive portion which are close to the cut-out facilitating portion.

    摘要: The present invention provides a waterproof structure for a conductive path which waterproofs a conductive path without imposing an unnecessary load on a conductor, and can sufficiently obtain a creepage distance.A plurality of grooves 9 is formed on the outer circumferential surface 8 of an insulator 7. The grooves 9 are formed to be hollow by heat or cutting. The grooves 9 are formed within a predetermined range L on the outer circumferential surface 8 of the insulator 7. This predetermined range L is set as a range in which an overmold part 5 is provided. The overmold part 5 is a seal member made of an elastomer, and is disposed and formed within the predetermined range L of an electric wire 2. Also, the overmold part 5 is formed to fill all of the three grooves 9.

Since the wire harness has a shape holding part, the whole bus bar is not a rigid body. The wire harness has plasticity. Since the shape holding part holds the shape at a point in time of stopping a bend process, the wire harness can be formed in a desired bend shape.

A connector (1) includes a terminal fitting (3) provided at an end of a high-voltage electric wire (2), and a connector housing (4) that has a terminal accommodation part (14) that contains the terminal fitting (3). The connector (1) is waterproofed by a filler (A) with which a filling chamber (15) in the connector housing (4) is filled. The connector (1) includes a holder (5) that is fitted to the connector housing (4) and that engages with the high-voltage electric wire (2) which is drawn from the filling chamber (15). A rib (26) is integrally formed with the holder (5), and provided across an opening of the filling chamber (15) and a part of the rib (26) is partly immersed in the filler.

The mechanism 25 is constituted by slits 41, 41 formed in a partition wall 34. The partition wall 34 is formed integrally with the fixed housing 26 to define an accommodating part 39 in which the fuse 22 is accommodated and retained. When the fuse carrying box 26 is fitted to the stationary box 21, the slits 41, 41 serve to introduce both terminals 24, 24 of the fuse 22 to a power-connecting part and a load-connecting part of the stationary box 21 and also restrict the displacement of the terminals 24, 24.

    摘要: A storage battery terminal structure of the present invention includes: an annular recessed groove that is arranged on an upper end portion of a cylindrical male terminal; retaining projections that are engageable with the annular recessed groove; a housing that is an outer enclosing body of a female terminal; flexible arms, each flexible arm not only having a retaining projection on an upper end portion of an inner wall of a rigid sleeve of the housing surrounding the male terminal in order to release the corresponding retaining projection from the annular recessed groove but also being formed by a pair of slits formed from an upper end of the rigid sleeve so as to interpose the corresponding retaining projection therebetween; and a release button that is arranged on an upper end portion of the rigid sleeve so as to be vertically movable so that the flexible arms can be flexed sidewards and that has slopes on a lower surface thereof, the slopes facing sidewards. An indicator is also disclosed that reveals when the male terminal has been completely inserted into a hole of the female terminal.
