    摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for protecting a secondary battery by preventing overcharge of the secondary battery.The apparatus for protecting a secondary battery includes: a secondary battery; a power supply, connected with both electrode terminals of the secondary battery, for providing a charging voltage and a charging current to the secondary battery to charge the secondary battery; and a secondary battery protection unit for shorting the power supply thereby to stop charging the secondary battery if a charging voltage of the secondary battery is above a predetermined voltage.

    摘要： The present invention provides a wiper assembly capable of minimizing the slant of a connecting rod interposed between wiper driving arms and a motor-driven arm by positioning the wiper driving arm to the substantially same height with the motor-driven arm. Further, the wiper assembly is capable of preventing water or other contaminants from entering a gap between a wiper arm shaft and a wiper driving arm by employing a cap covering the wiper driving arm and the wiper arm shaft, thereby effectively preventing wiper arm assembly malfunction that is caused by the entry of water or contaminants. The cap engages with the wiper arm shaft through a thread formed inside thereof.

    摘要： Disclosed herein is an electrolyte for lithium secondary batteries comprising: a chelating agent, which forms complexes with transition metal ions in the battery, and at the same time does not react and coordinate with lithium ions; a non-aqueous solvent; and an electrolyte salt, as well as a lithium secondary battery comprising the electrolyte. The chelating agent, which is contained in the electrolyte for lithium secondary batteries, can suppress a side reaction in which transition metal ions are reduced and deposited as transition metals on the anode. Also, the chelating agent can suppress internal short-circuits in the battery and the resulting voltage drop of the battery and a reduction in the safety and performance of the battery, which can occur when transition metals are deposited on the anode.

    摘要： There are provided a thin transformer capable of being used in a thin display device such as a liquid crystal display (LCD) device, a light emitting diode (LED) display device, and a flat panel display device including the same. The transformer includes: a bobbin part including inner and outer bobbins each including a pipe shaped body part having a though-hole formed in an inner portion thereof and a flange part protruding outwardly from both ends of the body part; coils respectively wound around the inner and outer bobbins; and a core electromagnetically coupled to the coils to thereby form a magnetic path, wherein the inner bobbin is inserted into the through-hole of the outer bobbin to thereby be coupled to the outer bobbin and at least one of the inner and outer bobbins includes the flange part having a width larger than a thickness of the body part.
