摘要: In an engine cogeneration system in which power generators 5 to 8 are driven by a plurality of engines 1 to 4 to thereby supply electric power to power load 22 of a general household, at the same time, heat produced by cooling each of the engines 1 to 4 and heat generated from the exhaust gas are recovered by heat exchangers 18 and 19 to be stored as hot water into a hot-water tank 20 to supply heat to heat load 21 of the general household, the amount of power to be supplied and of the amount of heat to be supplied are controlled by a number of the engines 1 to 4 and the combustion modes of these engines 1 to 4. This engine cogeneration system can follow both the head demand and power demand in a high efficiency.

The electronic endoscopic apparatus is an electronic endoscopic apparatus having multiple operation modes to be executed exclusively, the apparatus internally including an FPGA 1 that internally includes a CPU 10 and peripheral circuits and controls the execution of the operation modes and a switching request detecting section that detects a request for switching to the operation mode to be executed, wherein the internal configuration of the FPGA 1 is changed based on the detection result by the switching request detecting section.

摘要: In an engine system with a reformer being installed in an exhaust pipe to reform a fuel, a control valve for controlling a flow rate of exhaust gas is provided downstream from an installed position of the reformer in the exhaust pipe. In the engine system with the reformer, since a part of the exhaust gas can be trapped in a space between the reformer and an engine chamber by closing the control valve during an exhaust stroke, the reforming efficiency of the reformer can be heightened.

摘要: A light source device includes a light-condensing device that condenses an illumination light that is emitted from a light source lamp. The light-condensing device includes at least one lens, a lens holder in which a lens is fixedly provided, and a lens holding member. The lens holding member is a member for fixing a lens to the lens holder. The lens holding member causes at least one circumferential portion of the lens to protrude to the lens holder side, and causes the optical axis of the lens to match the optical axis of the illumination light.

摘要: An engine system comprising an engine, hydrogen medium capable of repeating chemically storing and discharging hydrogen, an exhaust gas pipe from said engine; and a reactor unit bearing a catalyst; wherein the hydrogen generated using the heat of the exhaust gas in said reactor unit or the mixture of the hydrogen and said hydrogen medium being supplied to said engine; wherein said reactor unit includes at least first reactor and second reactor in said exhaust gas pipe and each of said reactors comprises a partition wall disposed between an exhaust gas passage and a hydrogen medium passage; and wherein the thermal resistance of said partition wall of said first reactor positioned on the upstream side is larger than that of said second reactor positioned on the downstream side, and said hydrogen medium is supplied from said first reactor to said second reactor.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide an engine system using a small-sized heat exchanger having a high efficiency and a stable performance for heating and vaporizing a hydrogen medium supplied to a reactor vessel. The engine system includes an engine having an intake pipe for taking in air for combustion thereinto and an exhaust pipe for exhausting exhaust gas therefrom, a reactor vessel with a catalyst supported therein for decomposing a hydrogen medium which contains hydrogen in molecules thereof and of which the hydrogen can be taken out by a chemical reaction, a hydrogen medium tank storing the hydrogen medium, a high-pressure pump for pressurizing and transporting the hydrogen medium, a first heat exchanger for exchanging heat with the hydrogen medium in a liquid state, a second heat exchanger for exchanging heat with the hydrogen medium in a gas state, and a back pressure valve for depressurizing and vaporizing the hydrogen medium, disposed in a hydrogen medium flow path between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, wherein the reactor vessel is disposed in the exhaust pipe so that the reactor vessel can exchange heat with the exhaust pipe, and wherein the high-pressure pump, the first heat exchanger, and the second heat exchanger are arranged in the hydrogen medium flow path for transporting the hydrogen medium from the hydrogen medium tank to the reactor vessel in this order from an upstream side in the hydrogen medium flow path.
