摘要: A blower that can reduce noise and enhance efficiency by improving a blade structure of the blower used for, for example, an outdoor equipment of an air conditioner. An impeller includes plural blades attached to a peripheral surface of a boss at intervals in a peripheral direction, and a trailing edge of the blade has a protrusion-shaped part in which its central part in a radial direction is curved to expand to a suction side. With such a structure, a discharge velocity of air can be made uniform along the radial direction of the blade, and it becomes possible to reduce noise and to enhance efficiency.

摘要: A blower includes: an impeller on which there are arranged axial flow blades 40 mounted at circumferential intervals to an outer peripheral surface of a boss; a case surrounding the impeller; and a bell mouth cylindrically constricted to guide gas into the case, wherein an inner diameter of the bell mouth is smaller than an outer diameter of the impeller. Further, each blade has, in the radial direction, a sweepforward wing portion situated on the boss side and exhibiting a positive advance ratio value, and a sweepback wing portion situated on the outer peripheral side of the blade and exhibiting a negative advance ratio value, with the arc length of each blade increasing from the boss side toward the outer peripheral side. Therefore, it is possible to achieve an improvement in ventilation efficiently, through an increase in static pressure and to achieve a reduction in noise.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes fins arranged in parallel with each other with a predetermined spacing along the rotational axis direction of a blower. Heat exchanger tubes are inserted into the fins to form rows along a longitudinal direction of the fins connected to each other along the airflow direction, to form refrigerant channels. A branch portion is provided to connection portions of the heat exchanger tubes to increase or decrease the number of paths in the refrigerant channels. Refrigerant flows through each of the refrigerant channels passing through paths mutually different at least at one portion between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlets, flows along one direction from the windward-side row to the leeward-side row, or from the leeward-side row to the windward-side row in the airflow direction, in sequence between rows. One-path portion is provided in the most windward-side row heat exchanger tubes. The fins are in close contact with a refrigerant outlet case when the heat exchanger is operated as a condenser, and a connection piping are thermally separated by separation means.

摘要: A heat exchanger including plate fins and, the tubes fins being stacked at respective intervals relative to one another, and heat exchanger tubes penetrating the fins in a fin-stacking direction. The heat exchanger exchanges heat between fluids flowing, respectively, inside and outside the heat exchanger tubes, through the heat exchanger tubes and the fins. Each of the fins includes cut-raised portions with a bridge shape having leg and beam segments. The cut-raised portions associated with each of the heat exchanger tubes are located substantially only in a region of the fin satisfying Ws=(1−φ)Dp+φD φ>0.5, where Ws is spread width of the cut-raised portions in a direction (column direction) extending along an end of the fin on the upstream side of the second fluid, and D is outer diameter of the heat exchanger tube. Dp is alignment pitch of the heat exchanger tubes in the column direction.

摘要: To improve the heat transfer performance of a heat exchanger and achieve an air conditioner having high energy efficiency. The heat exchanger 15 includes a plurality of fins 1 that is arranged in parallel with each other with a predetermined spacing along the rotational axis direction of a blower 5; heat exchanger tubes 2 that are substantially perpendicularly inserted into the fins 1 so as to form a plurality of rows along the longitudinal direction of the fins 1 connected to each other along the airflow direction, to thereby form refrigerant channels; and a branch portion that is provided to connection portions of the heat exchanger tubes 2, and that partially increases or decrease the number of paths in the refrigerant channels. Herein, the refrigerant flowing through each of a plurality of the refrigerant channels passing through paths mutually different at least at one portion between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlets, flows along one direction from the windward-side row to the leeward-side row, or from the leeward-side row to the windward-side row in the airflow direction, in sequence between rows. Here, one-path portion is provided in the most windward-side row heat exchanger tubes. Furthermore, the fins 1 in close contact with a refrigerant outlet 18 in the case when the heat exchanger 15 is operated as a condenser, and a connection piping 16c are thermally separated by separation means 21.
