摘要： An indoor unit includes a heat exchanger provided on the downstream side of a fan and formed with a plurality of lower end portions in a vertical cross section from the front side to the back side of a casing, a plurality of drain pans provided below the lower end portions of the heat exchanger and configured to collect drain water occurring on the heat exchanger, and a drain channel provided between the drain pans and configured to be a flow channel of the drain, and a connecting port to which a drain hose configured to drain the drain water collected by the drain pans to the outside of the casing, and one of the drain pans is arranged to a level equal to or higher than the level of the other drain pan, and the drain channel is provided on the drain pan arranged on the back side of the casing.

摘要： An indoor unit for an air-conditioning apparatus includes a heat exchanger and an air-blowing device disposed upstream of the heat exchanger. The air-blowing device of the indoor unit includes a casing, a bellmouth disposed to an air inlet of the casing, a fan of one of an axial-flow type and a diagonal-flow type disposed within the bellmouth, a motor for rotating the fan, a motor base holding the motor, and a motor stay connecting the motor base to the bellmouth. The fan includes blades. The motor stay includes rod-shaped members. The motor stay of the air-blowing device is configured such that, in plan view, a downstream edge of each blade of the fan intersects any of the rod-shaped members of the motor stay irrespective of the angle of rotation of the fan.

The motor stays are connected to the mounting portions of a bellmouth in which the fan is disposed, wherein the mounting portions protrude downward from a downstream outlet end of the bellmouth and each include side surfaces, of which at least a first side surface opposing a pressure surface of each of the blades of the fan is at an angle relative to a rotation axis of the fan.

摘要： To provide an air-conditioning apparatus that is provided with an air-sending device that includes: a housing; a fan that is disposed in the housing; a casing that guides an airflow, the casing arranged adjacent to the back side of the fan; and a stabilizer that stabilizes the circular vortex, the stabilizer arranged adjacent to the front side of the fan. When δ=A/D expressed by an air flow inlet port width A and a fan diameter D is 2 or lower, an outer peripheral blade inflow angle β=δ×γ radian is in the range of 0.4≧γ≧0.3. The air-conditioning apparatus provided with an air-sending device is capable of suppressing noise as well as increasing fan performance even when the inlet port is narrow.

The multiblade fan includes a scroll type casing that has a bell-mouthed inlet and an impeller housed in the casing. The impeller includes a plurality of blades and a rotation axis m oriented toward the inlet of the casing. The blades are annularly arranged. In the multiblade fan, a center axis of the inlet and the rotation axis of the impeller are arranged at a tilt angle to each other and in any one of an intersecting positional relationship and a skew-lines positional relationship so that a space between the inlet and the impeller increases from the rotation axis of the impeller toward an outlet of the casing.
