Abstract:
A temperature measurement apparatus for measuring a temperature profile of a substrate mounted on a rotating table, including a radiation temperature measurement unit configured to measure the temperature of plural temperature measurement areas on a surface of the rotating table in a radius direction of the rotating table by scanning the surface of the rotating table in the radius direction; a temperature map generating unit that specifies the address of the temperature measurement area based on the number of the temperature measurement areas measured by the radiation temperature measurement unit for each of the scanning operations in the radius direction of the rotating table, and the rotating speed of the rotating table, and stores the temperature in correspondence with the corresponding address in a storing unit; and a temperature data display processing unit that displays a temperature profile of the rotating table.
Abstract:
A hand dryer includes a hand drying chamber that includes a hand insertion opening from which a hand is inserted, a first wall section that faces the hand inserted from the hand insertion, opening, a second wall section that faces the hand and the first wall section, and a plurality of air nozzle sections, which extends in a direction from the hand insertion opening to a far side and jets a high-speed air, on any one of the first wall section and the second wall section, wherein a distance between the first wall section or the second wall section that faces the air nozzle sections and the air nozzle sections is large in an upper portion and is small in a lower portion.
Abstract:
A card connector for a plurality of memory cards includes a housing having a plurality of inserting holes for the memory cards, respectively. The card connector includes a swing member made of an elastic metal plate and having fixing portions and a swing part in the form of a hollow square rod having extending portions extending into the inserting holes when the swing member is fixed in the housing. A partition wall between the inserting holes is formed with a rectangular notch and slits in opposite faces of the rectangular notch for press-fitting the fixing portions of the swing member, respectively. When one memory card is inserted into one inserting hole, the inserted memory card causes the swing part to be further extended into another inserting hole, thereby preventing another memory card from being inserted into the another inserting hole.

Abstract:
A card connector into and from which a memory card is detachably inserted and removed, includes contacts adapted to contact connection portions of the memory card, and a housing for arranging and holding the contacts. Metal plates made of a metal are installed in the housing so as to extend onto both sides in the width direction of the housing. The metal plates are integrally provided with connection portions to be connected to a substrate. A tray made of a metal is provided for loading a plurality of memory cards therein, and either of both ends of the tray in its width direction is bent substantially into an L-shape, which bent portion slidably engages the metal plate. The connector achieves a reduced overall height such as less than 2.0 mm and is also superior in safety.
Abstract:
A card connector into and from which a memory card is detachably inserted and removed, includes contacts each adapted to contact a connection portion of the memory card, and a housing for arranging and holding the contacts and having an inserting opening for inserting the memory card. The housing includes two side walls, a rear wall, and a lower wall contiguous to these side and rear walls to form the inserting opening for the memory card by these walls. A shell is arranged on the side of the housing opposite from the lower wall, and an elastically deformable tray is arranged on the lower wall so as to be slidable with the aid of a tray restraining plate. The card connector is miniaturized and lighter, more compact and simple in construction and is easy to remove a memory card.
Abstract:
Recycled ceramic slurry is produced by a method including the steps: dissolving the waste material of unfired ceramic in a solvent to form a waste solution; and adjusting a composition of the waste solution to thereby produce the recycled ceramic slurry. If the waste material of unfired ceramic includes a metal component, the metal component may be removed therefrom before the step of adjusting the composition of the waste solution.
Abstract:
A card connector includes a required number of contacts, a housing holding and arranging said contacts therein and having a fitting opening into which the card is inserted, and a switching unit for detecting the insertion and removal of the card. The switching unit includes a first switching terminal and a second switching terminal. When the card is not yet inserted into the connector, the first and second switching terminals contact each other or do not contact each other, and when the card has been inserted into the connector, the first switching terminal is displaced obliquely downward in relation to the inserting direction of the card so that the first and second switching terminals do not contact each other or contact each other, thereby enabling the inserted or removed condition of said card to be detected with great certainty.
