摘要： An organic insulating coating formed on a substrate is composed of two layers of a first parylene coating and a second parylene coating. Heat treatment is performed to at least the first parylene coating after being formed, at a temperature below 125° C. for two hours. Then the second parylene coating is formed on the first parylene coating. Occurrence of pinholes is thus prevented at least in one of the two layers of the organic coatings, with the result that insulating properties of the coatings are improved.

摘要： A fixing device is provided in which a rotation member and a roller are caused to rotate pressing against each other, a recording paper is sandwiched and transported in a nip region between the rotation member and the roller, a leading edge of a peeling plate is positioned with respect to a peripheral surface of the rotation member, and the recording paper is separated from the rotation member by the peeling plate. In this fixing device, a surface of the peeling plate faces a transport route of the recording paper. Furthermore, in this fixing device, a contact member is provided that contacts a rear surface of the peeling plate displaced in a direction in which the leading edge of the peeling plate approaches the peripheral surface of the rotation member and prohibits displacement of the peeling plate after contact of the peeling plate to the contact member.

摘要： An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus which irradiates a laser beam to a patient's eye to be treated is disclosed. The apparatus includes: a first optical fiber which delivers a first laser beam emitted from a first laser source; a first light delivery optical system which forms an image of an emission end surface of the first optical fiber on the affected part of the eye in a predetermined first spot size being in a range of 50 μm to 1000 μm; a second optical fiber which delivers a second laser beam emitted from a second laser source; and a second light delivery optical system which forms an image of an emission end surface of the second optical fiber on the affected part of the eye in a predetermined second spot size in a range of 500 μm to 7000 μm.

摘要： In an internal combustion engine, an injection hole is provided in the cylinder head to inject narrow streams of air towards the spark gap, particularly during idling and low load running conditions. The injected air is 5 to 30% by weight of the intake fuel-air mixture provided via the intake manifold and creates a swirl or turbulence thereby increasing combustibility. The hole is connected via a sub intake passage to the main air intake passage upstream of the venturi in the carburetor or between the venturi and throttle valve.
