Abstract: A spatial hierarchical model provides spatial context to a plurality of building control assets disposed within a plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model. A method includes identifying non-compliance events detected by building control assets disposed at and below a particular hierarchical level of the spatial hierarchical model. The non-compliance events detected by building control assets disposed at and below the particular hierarchical level of the spatial hierarchical model over a period of time are aggregated and a healthy building dashboard that includes a representation of the aggregated non-compliance events for each of at least some of the one or more of the healthy building criteria detected by building control assets disposed at and below the particular hierarchical level of the spatial hierarchical model is generated and is displayed on a display.

Abstract: A plurality of triggers may be presented and a selection of a predefined trigger may be accepted. Corresponding actions for the selected trigger may then be presented and an assignment of building control components may be accepted for the corresponding actions. During subsequent operation of a building automation system, the selected trigger may be detected and the corresponding actions may then be performed on the assigned building control components.

The one, the bot framework, the web services module and the drivers may be electronic hardware devices that effect their respective functions with a level of software managed and manipulated by the devices according to their respective algorithms.

Abstract: Devices, methods, and systems for monitoring and/or assessing compliance with infectious disease guidance for reducing infectious disease transmissions are described herein. The systems may include sensing devices at or within a facility and computing devices to compare data based on outputs from the sensing devices with guidance and/or recommendations for mitigating infectious disease transmission. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines and measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines, but not measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. The compliance parameters may be individually scored or scored in groups, including the compliance parameters not measureable with outputs from the sensing devices, and a score relative to a facility or group of facilities may be provided. The scores may be presented to via a dashboard.

Abstract: Methods and systems for maintaining a healthy building. In one example, an access card reader for controlling access to a secure area may comprise a card reader for reading an access card identifier from an access card presented by a user, a touchless thermal sensor for sensing a skin temperature of the user, a memory, and a controller operatively coupled to the card reader, the touchless thermal sensor and the memory. In response to a user presenting an access card to the card reader, the controller may be configured to store in the memory the access card identifier read by the card reader along with a corresponding skin temperature of the user. In another example, a system may be configured to perform contact tracing when an occupant has been identified as displaying signs of an illness.
