Abstract: This application provides a resource unit combination indication method and a communications apparatus. The method includes: determining a physical layer protocol data unit PPDU, where the PPDU includes a signal field, the signal field includes a resource unit allocation subfield and a combination indication corresponding to the resource unit allocation subfield, the resource unit allocation subfield indicates a plurality of resource units, and the combination indication indicates combination information of the plurality of resource units; and sending the PPDU. The method provided in this application can support one or more users in transmitting data by using a plurality of contiguous or discontiguous RUs, and indicate a combination status of the plurality of RUs to the user.

Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for selecting candidates in a K-Best algorithm of a MIMO decoder. The K-Best algorithm uses a layered structure comprising a first layer and subsequent layers. Abstract: The method includes: receiving, by a second transmit end, policy information sent by a first transmit end, where the second transmit end belongs to a second BSS, the first transmit end is a transmit end that is in a first basis service set and that transmits data by using a first link, and the policy information is used to indicate a condition that the second transmit end needs to satisfy to transmit data by using a second link, or used to indicate whether the second transmit end is allowed to transmit data by using a second link; and determining, by the second transmit end based on the policy information, whether to transmit data by using the second link. According to the wireless communication method, a spatial reuse transmission policy can be adjusted dynamically based on an actual situation of a current network. This improves a system throughput.

Abstract: A method of uplink sounding signal triggering, performed by an access point (AP), comprises the steps of transmitting, by the AP, a triggering signal to one or more stations (STAs), triggering transmission of a respective sounding signal from at least one STA of the one or more STAs in response to the triggering signal; receiving, by the AP, the respective sounding signal from the at least one STA; and determining, by the AP, a precoder to be used by the at least one STA based on the respective sounding signal, and transmitting corresponding precoder information to the at least one STA for data transmission, wherein the triggering signal comprises a null data packet announcement (NDPA) signal or a null data packet request (NDPR) signal and the sounding signal comprises a triggered sounding null data packet (NDP) signal.

Abstract: A beamformer device is provided for WiFi communication schemes such as IEEE 802.11ax and 802.11be. The beamformer device is configured to: transmit a request to a beamformee device, the request comprising a set of sounding tone indices, the set of sounding tone indices indicating tones for which a report of beamforming information is requested from the beamformee device, wherein the tones are defined according to a first WiFi scheme, wherein the set of sounding tone indices is based on a first tone plan defined by the first WiFi scheme for a partial channel bandwidth and on a second tone plan defined by a second WiFi scheme for a full channel bandwidth.
