Abstract: This application provides a method for sending and receiving control information, an apparatus, and a system. A transmit end sends control information on a data channel, so that a receive end does not need to monitor a control channel through blind detection within a period of time that is after the receive end receives the control information. This can reduce power consumption of the receive end, and also reduce detection complexity caused by blind detection. In addition, attribute information of a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), a start position of a time domain resource and/or a frequency domain resource occupied by the data channel, or a parameter in semi-persistent transmission (SPS) information is used to indicate whether the control information is carried on the data channel. In this way, the receive end can correctly receive the control information, and signaling overheads can be effectively reduced.

Abstract: This application discloses a communication method and an apparatus. A principle of the method is as follows: A spreading factor of a spreading block is adjusted based on available resource elements REs in a time-frequency resource block, then, the spreading block is generated by using the adjusted spreading factor, and finally, the generated spreading block is mapped to the available resource elements in the time-frequency resource block for sending. In this way, a requirement that “locations of spreading blocks of a plurality of users need to be aligned” can be satisfied, and no complex symbol is discarded, so that detection performance of the spreading blocks is ensured.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a contention transmission unit CTU to be used by to-be-sent uplink data, where the CTU is a transmission resource including at least a time domain resource, a frequency domain resource, and a code domain resource; encoding the to-be-sent uplink data by using N different code element groups in the code domain resource corresponding to the determined CTU, to obtain N groups of encoded data, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and sending the N groups of encoded data by using the time domain and frequency domain resources that are corresponding to the determined CTU. According to the embodiments of the present invention, data reception reliability at a receive end can be improved.

Abstract: An energy saving method, system and device for a base station are applicable to the field of communications technologies. The energy saving method for a base station includes: sending, by a coverage station or an OAM equipment, a second activation request to a capacity station in a second energy saving state under the coverage of the coverage station if it is detected that the load of the coverage station is higher than a preset value, so as to activate the capacity station to enter a first energy saving state. The energy saving system for a base station includes: a coverage station and at least one capacity station under the coverage of the coverage station. Another energy saving system for a base station includes: a coverage station, at least one capacity station under the coverage of the coverage station and an operations, administration and maintenance OAM equipment.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus to prevent a network device from frequently configuring signatures for a terminal device, and to reduce signaling overheads and power consumption of the network device and the terminal device. A terminal device determines a first downlink signal from a plurality of downlink signals. The terminal device determines, based on the first downlink signal, at least one signature from a plurality of signatures that have a mapping relationship or an association relationship with the plurality of downlink signals. The terminal device sends data by using the at least one signature.

Abstract: An uplink transmission methods and apparatuses to reduce a probability that a collision between a user equipment (UE) and another UE occurs when the UE sends uplink data, thereby improving network performance are described. A plurality of different preamble signals are sent to a network device by a user equipment (UE). A feedback signal of the network device in response to the plurality of preamble signals is received by the UE. The feedback signal in response to each preamble signal carries a timing advance (TA) corresponding to the preamble signal. A valid TA is determined by the UE from the plurality of received TAs. A parameter used for uplink transmission is determined by the UE based on a feedback signal carrying the valid TA or a preamble signal corresponding to the valid TA. Uplink data are sent according to the parameter by the UE.
