A method for sharing network resources includes: setting a sharing group based on service types in the process of setting up a bearer and determining a maximum network resource for the sharing group; and allocating a resource for the bearer in the range of the maximum network resource. The present invention also provides a system and an apparatus for sharing network resources. The embodiments of the present invention implement the sharing of a maximum transmission rate among multiple bearers in an evolved network, solve the problem of low network resource utilization caused by the fact that each bearer occupies a fixed bandwidth resource, and implement maximum utilization of network resources.

The embodiments of the present invention provide a processing method and processing system for instant messages in a network conference. The processing method for instant messages comprises: establishing connection between a conference application server and an instant message server, wherein the conference application server is further connected to a conference client, and the instant message server is further connected to an instant message client; and controlling message transfer between the conference application server and the conference client or between the instant message server and the instant message client according to the state of the conference client and the state of the instant message client. With the manners above, the processing method and processing system of the present invention enable a message client to which the conference client in the network conference corresponds to receive instant messages in a more humanized manner, thereby improving the experiences of the user.

A service authorization method and a communications apparatus to resolve a problem that, in a scenario in which a second server is discovered by a client, a first server fails to obtain service authorization to access the second server, so as to reduce a security risk of a service-based network. The method includes: applying, by the client on behalf of the first server, for an access token for the first server to access the second server, and notifying the access token to the first server. Alternatively, the first server applies for the access token based on an instance identifier or a resource identifier of the second server that is provided by the client.

Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a packet data network (PDN) connection reestablishing method, a reset central server, a mobility management network element, and a data gateway. The method includes: receiving, by the reset central server, a first message sent by the data gateway, where the first message includes first identification information; determining, by the reset central server according to the first identification information, an identifier, of the mobility management network element, corresponding to the first identification information; and sending, by the reset central server, a second message to the mobility management network element corresponding to the identifier of the mobility management network element, where the second message includes an identifier of user equipment, so that the mobility management network element reestablishes a packet data network PDN connection of the user equipment according to the second message.

A method for conference access includes: receiving, by a switchboard device, a first call request sent by a user terminal, where a calling identifier included by the first call request is an identifier of the user terminal, and the included called identifier is a switchboard number corresponding to the switchboard device; obtaining, according to the identifier of the user terminal, recorded information about a conference corresponding to a call missed by the user terminal, where the information about the conference includes an access number of a conference system to which the conference belongs and a conference identifier of the conference; and enabling the user terminal to access the conference. When a user misses answering a conference-related call, by dialing a switchboard number, the user may directly accesses a conference, thereby improving the efficiency of accessing the conference.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for voice approval, where the method includes: receiving voice approval request information sent by an enterprise application server; establishing a voice communication connection with the terminal according to the contact information of the approver terminal; sending approval content audio information corresponding to the voice approval request information to the approver terminal; receiving feedback information, and obtaining approval result information according to the feedback information; and sending the approval result information to the enterprise application server. Embodiments of the present invention also provide a device and system for voice approval. In the embodiments of the present invention, the enterprise application server and the enterprise gateway are combined and improved to enable an approver to approve, in voice mode, an approval request raised by an applicant, thereby increasing the approval efficiency.

The present invention provides a method for improving Network Discovery and Selection suitable for a UE which is moving into a new TA, which comprises: receiving, by a MMF, a TAU request including the new TA from the UE; allocating, by the MMF, a new TA List according to the new TA in the TAU request; sending, by the MMF, the new TA List to the UE; sending, by the MMF, a TA information to a Mobility Policy Function, MPF, for updating mobility policy of the UE if the new TA is a special TA covered by different networks.

A method for accessing a local network includes: subscribing, by a network device, to service area change information of user equipment, where the service area change information of the user equipment indicates that the user equipment enters or leaves a service area of the local network; receiving, by the network device, the service area change information of the user equipment; and performing, based on the received service area change information, policy control for the user equipment accessing or leaving the local network. In this way, access to the local network is accurately controlled, and is not affected by wireless network planning and adjustment, which greatly enhances user experience in use of the local network.

This application discloses a service flow control method and apparatus, to resolve an existing problem of relatively low security. The method includes: generating, by a terminal device, a service flow policy; and sending, by the terminal device, the service flow policy to a routing device, where the service flow policy is used to instruct the routing device to perform data packet filtering on a downlink data packet according to the service flow policy.

A method for paging a user equipment includes: receiving, by the user equipment, an area identifier and a corresponding layering type, where the layering type is a capacity-oriented type or a coverage-oriented type; if an area currently accessed by the user equipment is a capacity-oriented area, switching, by the user equipment, to a coverage-oriented area based on the layering type when changing to an idle state; and receiving a paging message for the coverage-oriented area. Alternatively, the method includes: determining, by a network device, a coverage-oriented area in a registration area of a user equipment based on an area identifier and a corresponding layering type, and paging the user equipment in the coverage-oriented area.
