Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and communications apparatus, to improve transmission efficiency. The method may include obtaining, by a MAC entity of a first communications device from an upper layer, first data on each of at least one first logical channel and second data on each of at least one second logical channel, where a service type or a destination address of the first data is different from a service type or a destination address of the second data. The method may also include generating, by the first communications device, a MAC PDU, where the MAC PDU includes the first data on each first logical channel and the second data on each second logical channel; and sending, by the first communications device, the MAC PDU through a direct link.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose devices and methods for sending and/or processing a scheduling request. The scheduling request sending method includes: determining whether there has a first scheduling resource configuration corresponding to the first logical channel according to first indication information, when the first logical channel of a terminal device has to-be sent data and a first scheduling request (SR) is triggered; where the first indication information includes a first mapping relationship which indicates a correspondence between a logical channel of the terminal device and a scheduling resource configuration, and the first scheduling resource configuration includes a first uplink control channel resource corresponding to the first logical channel; and sending the first SR to an access network device by the first uplink control channel resource, when the first logical channel has a corresponding first scheduling resource configuration.

Abstract: This application provides a measurement method, a terminal device, and an access network device. The measurement method includes: measuring, by a terminal device, signal quality of a plurality of beams, wherein the signal quality of the plurality of beams is obtained by using synchronization signal blocks, the signal quality of the plurality of beams comprises signal quality of a same beam at different moments, and the plurality of beams belong to one cell; and obtaining, by the terminal device, signal quality of the cell based on the signal quality of the plurality of beams. In this way, cell measurement based on a synchronization signal is implemented, and the signal quality of the cell obtained based on the signal quality of the plurality of beams at the different moments is more accurate.
