摘要: A clutch for preventing backdrive, includes a housing: a cover portion positioned on one end portion of the housing; an external shaft, at least one portion of which is positioned inside the housing, the other end portion thereof passing through the housing; a rocker positioned between the housing and the cover portion and fastened to the external shaft; an input shaft, one end portion thereof being inserted into an opening portion in the locker, and the other end portion thereof passing through the cover portion; and a gear portion positioned on the housing or the cover portion so that a serrated portion positioned on the locker is selectively brought into contact with the gear portion, wherein rotation of the rocker is restricted so that the external shaft is rotated along a rotation direction of the input shaft.

摘要: A method for controlling switching of steering control rights of an autonomous vehicle, may include: performing a control to synchronize a steering angle of a steering wheel and a steering angle of a road wheel, when switching of the steering control rights from an automated driving mode to a manual driving mode is requested. The method further includes: detecting an error value between the steering angle of the steering wheel and the steering angle of the road wheel, when a hands-on state in which the steering wheel is gripped is detected in the synchronization process. In addition, the method further includes: performing a control to switch the mode of the autonomous vehicle to the manual driving mode, when the error value is less than a preset value.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a technology of estimating rack force using force that is transmitted from a steering motor of a Steer-By-Wire (SBW) system to a rack bar. The present disclosure provides a method for estimating rack force of an SBW system, the method calculating restoring force that is applied to a reducer on the basis of the difference between position values of the rack bar that are obtained at the front end and the rear end of the reducer when the position of the rack bar is changed by operation of a steering motor; and calculating rack force by reflecting the restoring force to a motion equation including inertia force of the SBW system.

摘要: A steering apparatus for a steer-by-were system includes a driving member rotating in conjunction with a steering wheel and having a first stopper protruding from the driving member; a change gear receiving rotational force from the driving member, changing a rotational speed, and outputting a changed rotational speed; and a driven member receiving the rotational force output from the change gear, rotating at a rotational speed different from that of the driving member, and having a second stopper, which protrudes from the driven member, disposed within a rotation radius of the first stopper. The second stopper comes into contact with the first stopper at a predetermined steering angle during rotation of the driving member.

摘要: A steering system for a vehicle may include first and second steering motors providing torque; a rack bar to which torques of the first and second steering motor are simultaneously applied, and configured to change steering angles of wheels by being displaced by the rotation of the first and second steering motors; first and second motor position detectors detecting rotation angles of the first and second steering motors, respectively; and a controller deriving an absolute position of the rack bar based on a difference between the rotation angles of the first and second steering motors detected by the first and second motor position detectors, wherein an amount of displacement of the rack bar according to an amount of rotation of the first steering motor is different from an amount of displacement of the rack bar according to an amount of rotation of the second steering motor.

The steering apparatus includes: a shaft rotatably interlocked with a steering wheel, a friction member surrounding the shaft and contacting the shaft, a frictional force provision device for narrowing and widening the friction member in the radial direction of the shaft to change the frictional force of the friction member that contacts the shaft, and a steering limitation device for regulating the rotation of the shaft using a stopper provided at the friction member during the rotation of the shaft to limit the steering of the steering wheel.

摘要: A travel control system and a method for an autonomous vehicle is provided to easily determine a rotating position of a steering wheel when an autonomous travel mode is switched to a driver's travel mode. The travel control system includes: a display mechanism provided in a central portion of a steering wheel to display a rotating position of the steering wheel; and a controller to controls the display mechanism to display the rotating position of the steering wheel based on a steering angle of a tire when the steering angle of the tire is input and the autonomous travel mode is switched to the driver travel mode.
