    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems are disclosed. One method includes the WTRU receiving a first Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) associated with a first type of service or priority level in a first slot or mini slot and a second PDSCH associated with a second type of service or priority level in a second slot or mini-slot and determining a first HARQ codebook acknowledgment index (HCAI) based on a property of the first PDSCH or control information associated with the first PDSCH and a second HCAI based on a property of the second PDSCH or control information associated with the second PDSCH. The method includes generating for a subsequent slot or mini-slot, a first Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) including first HARQ-ACK information in accordance with the first HCAI and a second PUCCH including second HARQ-ACK information in accordance with the second HCAI and transmitting the first and second PUCCHs.

    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may communicate in a non-terrestrial network (NTN) comprising a plurality of satellites. The WTRU may be preconfigured with a plurality of measurement configurations and a corresponding plurality of activation/deactivation criteria associated with the plurality of satellites. The activation/deactivation criteria includes at least activation timing information. The WTRU may activate and deactivate each of the plurality of measurement configurations over time in accordance with the activation/deactivation criteria. The WTRU may perform measurements on cell beams for satellites with active measurement configurations and report results based on the measurements to NTN.

    Abstract: A method and system for flexible resource control for a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) is disclosed. The WTRU may monitor a first control channel region and receive a first control channel transmission in the first control region indicating boundaries of a plurality of numerology blocks of a carrier. The WTRU may then receive a second control channel transmission in a second control channel of a second control region, wherein the second control channel transmission indicates one or more numerology parameters for at least one of the plurality of numerology blocks. The WTRU may then transmit or receive data based on the one or more numerology parameters of the one or more numerology blocks.

    Abstract: A method performed by a WTRU may comprise receiving a plurality of LBT configurations associated with one or more of a beam, a BWP, a LCH, a set of LBT parameters, a transmission type or an LBT subband. The method may further comprise receiving an indication to transmit using a first LBT configuration of the plurality of LBT configurations. An attempt to acquire a channel may then be made using the first LBT configuration. The indication to transmit may additionally indicate a second LBT configuration of the plurality of LBT configurations. Data may be transmitted on the channel when the attempt to acquire the channel is successful.     Abstract: A method performed by a WTRU may comprise associating a logical channel with a plurality of token buckets, including at least a long term token bucket and a short term token bucket. The method may further comprise transmitting logical channel data on the associated logical channel, in a TTI. The transmitted logical channel data of the TTI may be no larger than a value corresponding to a minimum of the long term token bucket and the short term token bucket. The long term token bucket may be initialized to a value which is greater than an initialized value of the short term token bucket. When the WTRU transmits logical channel data in a TTI, the WTRU may decrement the long term token bucket and the short term token bucket by a total size of one or more MAC SDUs served on the associated logical channel.

    Abstract: A system and methods for performing phased reconfiguration in a wireless communications system are disclosed. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may perform a phased reconfiguration from a source cell to a target cell. The WTRU may be connected to the source cell and may execute a first set of functions towards the source cell. The WTRU may monitor for a first set of preconfigured trigger conditions and a second set of preconfigured trigger conditions. The WTRU may commence a second set of functions towards the target cell based on detection of at least one of the first set of preconfigured trigger conditions while continuing to execute the first set of functions towards the source cell. The WTRU may cease to perform at least a subset of the first set of functions towards the source cell based on detection of at least one of the second set of preconfigured trigger conditions.
