Abstract:
A location estimation method and a communication device configured to estimate location and automatically connect to one or more wireless display devices based on the determined location. The estimation of location can be based on one or more location signatures that include information of the wireless display device(s). The location estimation method can include identifying available access points (APs) and wireless display adapters, determining wireless characteristics of the available APs and wireless display adapters, calculating match scores based on the wireless characteristics of the available APs and the wireless characteristics of the available wireless display adapters, determining a location signature based on the determined match scores, and determining a location based on the location signature. The communication device can be configured to automatically connect to the wireless display device(s). The communication device can operate in a standby display mode upon the connection.
Abstract:
Embodiments herein provide techniques related to a NEF. An example technique includes identifying, from an AF that implements a ML model, a request related to reservation of resources for a plurality of AF sessions, wherein the plurality of AF sessions relate to respective UEs of a plurality of UEs, and wherein the request includes an indication of addresses of respective UEs of the plurality of UEs and a QoS parameter; transmitting, to a BSF of the cellular network, a discovery request related to discovery of respective PCFs that are serving the respective UEs of the plurality of UEs; identifying, based on the discovery request, a discovery response that includes indications of the PCFs; identifying, based on the indications of the PCFs and the QoS parameter, a result related to the reservation of resources; and transmitting, to the AF, an indication of the result. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.
Abstract:
Systems, methods, and devices authenticate mobile network cellular cells using asymmetric/public-key cryptography algorithms (e.g., Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA)) through integrity protecting the cellular cells broadcasted messages (e.g., paging and/or system information blocks (SIBs) system information broadcast messages) by message authentication code (MAC).
Abstract:
Example methods and apparatus for adaptive video transmission based on channel capacity are disclosed. A first wireless display source device for adaptive video transmission based on channel capacity includes a video bit rate determiner, a comparer and a video bit rate setter. The video bit rate determiner is to determine a collective video bit rate based on a current number of wireless display connections in a peer-to-peer (P2P) group multiplied by a current video bit rate of the first wireless display source device. The P2P group includes a second wireless display source device in proximity to the first wireless display source device. The comparer is to compare the collective video bit rate to a wireless display capacity in proximity to the first wireless display source device. The video bit rate setter is to set the current video bit rate of the first wireless display source device to a first adjusted video bit rate value in response to the comparer determining that the collective video bit rate is greater than the wireless display capacity, and to set the current video bit rate of the first wireless display source device to a second adjusted video bit rate value in response to the comparer determining that the collective video bit rate is not greater than the wireless display capacity.
Abstract:
Apparatuses and methods may provide for technology that uses a wireless display docking over an infrastructure network by receiving, via a WiFi link, information associate with an infrastructure discovery of a receiver, using the information to discover the receiver via an infrastructure network i link, forming a connection with the receiver via the infrastructure network link, and streaming content to the receiver via the connection. In addition, receiver technology may emit a beacon signal via a WiFi link, form a connection with a client device via an infrastructure network link, and receive streamed content from the client device via the infrastructure network link.
Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided to control traffic accessing a public land mobile network service (PLMN) at a nonpublic network to perform local breakout for selected traffic.
Abstract:
Various embodiments herein provide techniques for discovery and handling of regulatory requirements for non-3GPP inter-working function (N3IWF) selection, e.g., to access a standalone non-public network (SNPN). In embodiments, a user equipment (UE) may determine the local requirement in a country using a domain name system (DNS) query with a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) associated with the N3IWF. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
Abstract:
Disclosed embodiments are related to Management Data Analytics (MDA) relation with Self-Organizing Network (SON) functions and coverage issues analysis use case. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

Abstract:
A wireless device may disconnect a wireless connection to a remote device. The wireless device may include a memory device and one or more processors coupled to the memory device. The processors may generate a first wireless fingerprint of the wireless device, wherein the first wireless fingerprint comprises a first basic service set identification (BSSID) of a first access point to which the wireless device is connected. The processors may further determine if the BSSID of the wireless device is changed and if the BSSID is changed perform an active scan of a plurality of wireless channels. The processors may further generate a second wireless fingerprint for the wireless device based on the active scan and disconnect a wireless connection of the wireless device if the first wireless fingerprint is at least partially different from the second wireless fingerprint.
