    Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to cooperation among communications devices having microphones to employ their microphones in unison to provide voice detection with noise reduction for voice communications. A first communications device comprises a processor circuit; a first microphone; an interface operative to communicatively couple the processor circuit to a network; and a storage communicatively coupled to the processor circuit and arranged to store a sequence of instructions operative on the processor circuit to store a first detected data that represents sounds detected by the first microphone; receive a second detected data via the network that represents sounds detected by a second microphone of a second communications device; subtractively sum the first and second data to create a processed data; and transmit the processed data to a third communications device. Other embodiments are described and claimed herein.

    Abstract: Technologies for managing a treatment program include a treatment management server, smart pills, and patient computing devices. The treatment management server is configured to generate treatment data usable by the smart pills to control a release of one or more drugs in patients. The treatment management server is also configured to transmit the treatment data to the smart pills, obtain physiological data associated with the patients, identify a preferred physiological response among the patients based on the physiological data, and identify the treatment data associated with the preferred physiological response. The smart pills are configured to obtain the treatment data, release one or more drugs into the patients based on the treatment data, sense physiological conditions in the patients, and transmit the physiological conditions to the treatment management server. The patient computing devices facilitate communication between the treatment management server and the smart pills. Other embodiments are described.

    Abstract: Technologies for managing network privileges of members of graft-network include detecting a computing device in physical presence with a network infrastructure, determining whether the computing device is a member of the graft-network, and establishing initial network privileges for the computing device if the computing device is not a member, without direct programming of the member. The network privileges of members of the graft-network are updated over time as a function of the length of time for which the computing device is in physical presence of the network infrastructure. A computing device may be in physical presence of the network by physical contacting a communication bus of the network infrastructure or being within a limited communication range of the communication bus. New members to the graft-network may be quarantined to reduce risk to the network.
