摘要： A wiring harness has a waterproof structure in which a waterproof agent covers a conductor exposed portion-and outer peripheral surfaces of end portions of wire covering members of a plurality of insulated wires in succession, the portion including a splice portion where portions of the members of the insulated wires are removed and the exposed conductors are spliced together and a bundle of the exposed conductors of the insulated wires, the end portions being adjacent to the portion, whereby the portion is sealed with the waterproof agent, wherein the waterproof agent is a cured product of an ultraviolet curable adhesive agent that contains (A) an ester acrylate having a linear or branched C2-C12 alkyl group, (B) a (meth)acrylate compound comprising at least two urethane bonds in one molecule, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator.

摘要： An insulating coated wire includes a center conductor and an insulating coating. The insulating coating has a bending auxiliary section in which the thickness of the insulating coating is smaller than that of the other portion, and that has a shape in which at least a part thereof protrudes outward in the radial direction. The bending auxiliary section has a shape that facilitates bending of the insulating coated wire by elongation deformation thereof. This insulating coated wire can be manufactured by arranging, on the circumference of an insulating coated wire material, a metal mold that has the inner surface including the section having a shape protruding outward in the radial direction, and forming the bending auxiliary section in the shape along the inner surface of the metal mold by heating the insulating coating within the metal mold and generating a pressure difference between inside and outside of the insulating coating.

摘要： An overcurrent protection apparatus that is connectable to a battery control unit to protect the battery control unit from an overcurrent. The overcurrent protection apparatus includes a fuse member that is provided with a fuse and a fusible wire that is connected in series to the fuse. The fusible wire is made of a conductor that has a melting point lower than that of copper, and has a fusing current value that is higher than that of the fuse. The fuse member is connected in series to the battery control unit.

摘要： A liquid composition which has an excellent coating property at room temperature and is retained on a surface to be coated after application on the surface, and a terminal-fitted electric wire having an increased corrosion resistance using the same. The liquid composition contains a high-consistency material, a low-viscosity liquid having a kinetic viscosity of 100 mm2/s or lower measured at 40° C. in accordance with JIS K2283, and an adduct containing an acidic phosphate ester containing one or more kinds of compounds represented by General Formulae (1) and (2), and a metal, P(═O)(—OR1)(—OH)2 (1), P(═O)(—OR1)2(—OH) (2), where R1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms.
