摘要: Some embodiments of the present invention provide a balance-of-plant system and apparatus suited for regulating the operation of an electrolyzer cell stack. Specifically, in some embodiments, a balance-of-plant system and apparatus is operable to regulate the respective pressures of at least two reaction products relative to one another. Various examples are provided to demonstrate how the respective pressures of two reaction products can be regulated in relation to one another in a pressure following configuration, thereby regulating the pressure differential across an electrolyte layer according to aspects of different embodiments of the invention. Some of the examples provided also include design simplifications and alternatives that may reduce production costs of electrochemical cells configured according to aspects of different embodiments of the invention.

摘要: An accessory device for use in an automobile includes a body member, and a peripheral flange surrounding the body member. The body member is formed of an elastomeric material such that it is conformable to a gap within the automobile for catching falling objects and/or storing miscellaneous objects. The peripheral flange is also preferably formed of an elastomeric material. The body member defines an open receptacle having an opening on an uppermost surface of the accessory device, thereby providing access for objects to be placed within the receptacle.

摘要: The invention provides a braking control method for a vehicle having a plurality of wheels fitted with tires and with brakes, the control method including generating a braking setpoint for each wheel in response to a braking order, and comprising the following steps for each wheel: regularly updating a grip model Ca/C0=fq1, . . . qn (τ) representative of a relationship between a coefficient of friction and a wheel slip rate; using the regularly rest grip model and its characteristic shape to establish in a given prediction horizon, the variation for the braking setpoint that, while complying with the braking order and predictable variation therein during the prediction horizon, also complies with a given calculation constraint; and retaining as the value for the braking setpoint a value of the variation as determined in this way that corresponds to a first calculation cycle in the prediction horizon.

摘要: A system for collecting current in an electrochemical cell stack is described. The system includes an end plate having an outer face facing away from the cell stack and an inner face opposite the outer face. The system also includes a plurality of connection ports on the end plate for the transmission of process fluids. A plurality of passageways in the end plate connect the connection ports to openings on the inner face, and allow the process fluids to pass through the end plate. The system also includes a flow field plate in electrical communication with the end plate to allow current to flow therebetween.
