    摘要: A favorable magnetic transfer is, performed on a perpendicular magnetic recording medium. A permanent magnet apparatus provided with two permanent magnets, each having a width extending the length of the radial direction of a discoid magnetic recording medium, is used as a transfer magnetic field generating means. A conjoined body formed of the perpendicular magnetic recording medium, which has been initially magnetized unidirectionally in the direction perpendicular to the track surface thereof, and two master mediums, disposed on respective surfaces of the slave medium, is inserted between the permanent magnets. A rotating means rotates the conjoined body, in the direction along the tracks of the slave medium, while a transfer magnetic field is applied to the conjoined body in the direction substantially opposite that in which the initial magnetization of the magnetic layer of magnetic recording medium has been performed, so as to perform the magnetic transfer.

The initial DC magnetic field and the transfer magnetic field are not larger than the diameter of an innermost recording track in the half-width of a curve representing an intensity distribution in the direction of a tangent of the innermost recording track.

    摘要: Front mount bases (14, 15) which are located at four corner portions under a cab (11) are constituted by base plates (14A, 15A) and fitting joint projections (14B, 15B), and rear mount bases (16, 17) are constituted by base plates (16A, 17A) and fitting joint projections (16B, 17B). On the other hand, front pillars (22, 23) to be erected on the front mount bases (14, 15) are provided with notched portions (22B, 23B) for fitting engagement with the fitting joint projections (14B, 15B), respectively. Rear pillars (24, 25) to be erected on the rear mount bases (16, 17) are provided with notched portions (24A, 25A) for fitting engagement with the fitting joint projections (16B, 17B). Accordingly, a weld can be formed along and between marginal edge portions around the fitting joint projections (14B, 15B, 16B, 17B) and notched portion (22B, 23B, 24A, 25A) in such a way as to increase the welding distance and to increase the strength of the welded joint portions.

    摘要: A cab for construction machines includes left and right rear pillars constituted by steel pipes of a diversified shape, with inclined intermediate pillar portions between upright lower pillar portions and upper pillar portions whereby positions of the lower and upper pillar portions are shifted in the forward and rearward directions, respectively. Lower portions of the rear pillars are receded in the forward direction to provide a recessed space, while upper portions of the rear pillars are projected out in the rearward direction to provide a rear expansion space. Accordingly, for the purpose of downsizing the upper structure (2), front portions of equipment, including an engine, can be accommodated in the recessed space and the rear expansion space contributes to broaden a space within the cab.

    摘要: A process for fabricating a magnetic recording medium such as a disk medium having a uniformly high degree of magnetic particle randomization. The process includes steps of: forming a magnetic layer by applying a magnetic liquid to a continuously running support, and randomly orienting the magnetic layer by applying an AC magnetic field thereto while the magnetic layer is wet. The randomizing step is accomplished such that the magnetic field intensity of the applied AC magnetic field is 1/10 to 1/1 of the magnetic coercive force of the magnetic particles of the magnetic layer, and the frequency (Hz) of the field is set with respect to the running rate of the magnetic layer through the magnetic field so as to form a ratio to the application rate (m/min) within a range of 1/10 to 1/1.
