    摘要: The present invention relates to novel antibodies capable of binding specifically to the human insulin-like growth factor I receptor IGF-IR and/or capable of specifically inhibiting the tyrosine kinase activity of said IGF-IR receptor, especially monoclonal antibodies of murine, chimeric and humanized origin, as well as the amino acid and nucleic acid sequences coding for these antibodies. The invention likewise comprises the use of these antibodies as a medicament for the prophylactic and/or therapeutic treatment of cancers overexpressing IGF-IR or any pathology connected with the overexpression of said receptor as well as in processes or kits for diagnosis of illnesses connected with the overexpression of the IGF-IR receptor. The invention finally comprises products and/or compositions comprising such antibodies in combination with anti-EGFR antibodies and/or compounds and/or anti-cancer agents or agents conjugated with toxins and their use for the prevention and/or the treatment of certain cancers.

    摘要: A pattern drawing apparatus which is capable of reducing manufacturing costs of information recording media. A partial drawing process is executed in response to output of a reference signal, for drawing, after being on standby for a predetermined standby time period, pattern segments, which are obtained by dividing patterns forming a servo pattern in the direction of the width of the patterns, by irradiation of a resin layer with an electron beam. A drawing position-changing process is executed for changing the irradiation position of the electron beam on the resin, toward a center of rotation of a substrate or away from the center of rotation, within a range of the effective drawing width of the electron beam. These processes are executed a plurality of times to draw an exposure pattern on the resin layer.

    摘要: A method of making composite discs continuously, including forming for each disc a first, a second layer, and a third support layer, each support layer being disc shaped and having a first surface with information indicia. An information layer is added to each support layers respectively. The said first and third support layers are positioned in a facing relationship, with the first and third information layers being adjacent. The third support layer is then separated from the third information layer, which thus remains attached to the first support layer. The first and second support layers are then joined. These steps are performed on a manufacturing line with conveyor belts transferring the support layers from station to station.

    摘要: In order to control a warp of a disc substrate so as to be a desired level, an optical disc production method includes: a step of supplying resin on the disc substrate; a step of mounting the disc substrate on an inside diameter portion of a turntable after supplying the resin; a step of providing an air-gap between an outside diameter portion of the turntable and a portion of the disc substrate that is not mounted; a step of extending the resin by spinning; and a curing step of curing the resin while spinning the disc substrate mounted on the inside diameter portion of the turntable, wherein in the step of extending the resin, a negative pressure is affected on a portion of the disc substrate that is not mounted, and in the curing step, the warp is controlled by curing the resin on the spinning disc substrate while maintaining effect of the negative pressure.
