    摘要: In a rotating machine with employment of a sensor-less DC brushless motor, a terminal voltage of a motor is corrected in a phase corrector by using a motor phase current signal. At this time, the terminal voltage is processed in an integrator and a comparator so as to be converted into an ON/OFF signal having a duty ratio of 1:1. Then, a rotation signal is produced based on an induced voltage which is generated by rotating a permanent magnet rotor, so that a rotation sensor is no longer required. On the other hand, an output derived from the phase corrector is entered as a 1-pulse/1-rotation output signal into a PLL circuit. The PLL circuit contains a phase comparator, a low-pass filter, an oscillator, and a counter. The PLL circuit frequency-divides the 1-pulse/1-rotation output signal. The sine wave data are stored into a ROM with respect to each of the frequency-divided signal positions. The unbalance vibrations of the magnetic bearing are controlled every frequency-divided signal.

The diffuser includes a pair of diffuser plates and a plurality of guide vanes arranged between the pair of diffuser plates in a circular cascade manner. The guide vanes are equal in leading-edge radius to each other, but are different in length from each other. At least one short guide vane is arranged between the adjacent long guide vanes. The total number of the guide vanes is more than the number of blades of the impeller. A throat is formed in only a part of flow passages between the guide vanes.

The excitation controller outputs a rotating body control signal obtained by adding a vibration eliminating signal for eliminating unbalance vibration of the rotating body to the excitation control signal when measuring the response characteristics, and the current amplifier supplies a current that generates magnetic force in accordance with the rotating body control signal to the magnetic bearing.

    摘要: Size reduction of a barrel-type casing using a shear key is aimed for while ensuring a necessary area of a head cover end surface. A shoulder is formed on the axially outer side of the outer circumferential surface of a head cover. The inner surface of a casing is provided with a circumferentially extending groove. Shear key structure includes a first shear key member disposed in the shoulder and the groove, such that at least a portion of its outer circumferential surface is in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the groove, and a second shear key member disposed adjacent to the first shear key member in the groove, the second shear key member having an axially projecting shoulder, its outer circumferential surface being in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the casing. The first and second shear key members are circumferentially segmented respectively into three or more members, and each member is radially fixed to the casing but not axially fastened to each other, to allow slight displacement between the first and second shear key members by a shear force.
