摘要: A refrigeration cycle comprises a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a liquid receiver; and a pressure reducer connected in series to form a closed loop. The liquid receiver and the pressure reducer connected in series are connected between the indoor heat exchanger and said outdoor heat exchanger. A non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant comprising at least two kinds of refrigerant of different boiling temperatures mixed together is charged in and circulated through the refrigeration cycle. The mixing ratio of the azeotropic mixture refrigerant circulated thorough the refrigeration cycle is controlled substantially constant.

摘要: A refrigeration cycle comprises a compressor, an indoor heat exchange, an outdoor heat exchanger, a liquid receiver; and a pressure reducer connected in series to form a closed loop. The liquid receiver and the pressure reducer connected in series are connected between the indoor heat exchanger and said outdoor heat exchanger. A non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant comprising at least two kinds of refrigerant of different boiling temperatures mixed together is charged in and circulated through the refrigeration cycle. 摘要: A mixed-refrigerant comprising two or more types of refrigerants having different boiling points is enclosed in a refrigerating cycle and a capacitance sensor is used as a device for detecting a composition of the mixed-refrigerant. The electrostatic capacitance sensor is disposed in an evaporation portion of the refrigerating cycle. The refrigerating cycle has a refrigerant composition calculating device for calculating a composition of the refrigerant in the refrigerating cycle in accordance with an output signal from the capacitance sensor and an adequate composition judging device for judging whether or not the composition of the mixed-refrigerant circulating in the refrigerating cycle is in an adequate state in accordance with an output signal from the refrigerant composition calculating device.

摘要: A refrigerating system having a refrigerating cycle constructed by connecting an accumulator, a refrigerant compressor, a four-way valve, an outdoor unit heat exchanger, an outdoor unit expander, a receiver, an indoor unit expander and an indoor unit heat exchanger sequentially by pipes. Normally, excessive refrigerant is stored in the receiver and when it becomes necessary to raise a ratio of lower boiling point refrigerants, a flow amount of the refrigerant is decreased by restricting the outdoor unit expander during the cooling operation or by restricting the indoor unit expander during the heating operation to move the excessive refrigerant within the receiver to the accumulator. Thereby, the composition of the refrigerant circulating within the refrigerating system using non-azeotrophic refrigerant mixtures may be changed without using a complicated system structure or control method thereof and the capacity of the refrigerating cycle may be changed.

摘要: A refrigeration system including a scroll type compressor having a stationary scroll member, an orbiting scroll member, a discharge port formed in the central portion of the end plate of the fixed scroll member, a suction port formed in a peripheral portion of the fixed scroll member, and at least one gas injection port formed through the thickness of an end plate of the fixed scroll member in a portion of the end plate near the spiral wrap, at a position spaced from the wall of the spiral wrap by a radial distance less than the thickness of the spiral wrap. A discharge pipe is connected to the discharge port, with a suction pipe being connected to the suction port. A refrigerant circuit is connected between the suction pipe and the discharge pipe of the scroll type compressor and includes a four-way valve, indoor heat exchanger, first pressure reducer, gas-liquid separator, second pressure reducer and an outdoor heat exchanger. A gas injection passage is connected between the gas outlet formed in an upper part of the gas-liquid separator and the gas injection port, so as to permit the refrigerant gas in the upper part of the gas-liquid separator to be additionally supplied into the compression chambers under compression in the scroll type compressor.
