    摘要: A heat exchanger, as mounted on the outdoor unit or indoor unit of an air conditioner system, is formed with a plurality of passages for a refrigerant. To this heat exchanger, there is connected a refrigerant distributor for distributing the refrigerant to the individual passages or for collecting the distributed refrigerant. This refrigerant distributor is constructed by soldering two corrugated plate members to form a refrigerant conduit between the corrugations. Before these plate members are soldered, the refrigerant conduit is either partially constricted to form a throttle portion or partially bulged to form a filter portion by fitting a filter member in the bulging portion when the plate members are soldered. Thus, the refrigerant distributor can set the diversion of the refrigerant to a predetermined ratio by the simple device while reducing the space and lowering the cost.

    摘要: In a high-rigidity structure made of sheet metal, in order to prevent increases of vibrations and noises owing to deterioration of the rigidity caused by decreasing the thickness of the sheet-metal, ribs having a height 10 times or more larger than the sheet-metal thickness are formed on bent portions of the sheet-metal structure, corrugated continuous grooves having two or more crest portions are formed on a surface of each of the bent portions on a smaller-radius side, and concave/convex sections corresponding to the continuous grooves are formed on side surfaces of each of the ribs which connect a larger-radius side and the smaller-radius side.

    摘要: A removable lock handle assembly comprises a door side casing, a disk-like drive member, an eccentric drive projection provided on the rear surface of the drive member, a driven projection provided on the front surface of the drive member, a removable lock handle having a driven projection to be engaged with the driven projection of the drive member for rotation thereof when the handle is inserted into the casing through a front handle insertion hole thereof, a coil spring fitted in an annular groove formed in a central part of the front surface of the drive member, a latch provided in the casing such as to be projected and retreated from and into the casing through a side hole formed therein, a shutter provided on the back side of the handle insertion hole for closing the hole, the drive member being inserted in the casing, the latch having a driven projection for engagement with the drive projection of the drive member, a return compression coil spring received in a blind hole formed in the latch on the side thereof opposite an inclined cam surface and on the side of the driven projection, a return compression coil spring provided between the latch and the inner surface of the casing, and a rear lid fitted in and secured by a screw to a rear portion of the casing, the latch being retreated into the casing when the drive member is turned by the removable lock handle.
