    摘要: Novel polypropylene-polyamide molding compositions which comprise, based on 100 parts by weight of the molding compositions,A) 10 to 89.9 parts by weight of one or more polypropylene homopolymer and/or copolymer,B) 10 to 89.9 parts by weight of one or more polyamide,C) 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight of one or more olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or one or more olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid derivate,D) 0 to 3.0 parts by weight of an impact modifier, andE) 0 to 60.0 parts by weight of a reinforcing agent and/or additive,are prepared by melting together components (A), (C) and, if desired (D) at from 200.degree. to 300.degree. C. in a first reaction step and then, in a second reaction step, introducing component (B) and, if appropriate, components (D) and/or (E) into the modified melt obtained, and melting together the components.The molding compositions obtained are used for the production of moldings.

    摘要: A single stroke punch apparatus includes positive removal by compressed air of workpiece slugs which adhere to the punch. A die plate has a series of bushing receiving features formed from two concentric diameters. The die plate has provision for introducing a flow of compressed air into each of the bushing receiving features. A support bushing is mounted in each of the bushing receiving features and has a surface for support of the workpiece which is elevated with respect to the die plate. A slug removal bushing is also mounted in the bushing receiving feature and is pressed into the wall of the support bushing opposite the workpiece supporting surface to form a seal. The wall of the bushing receiving feature, the support bushing, and the slug removal bushing define a passage for the compressed air such that the compressed air impinges upon the punch directly adjacent the end wall of the support bushing to positively remove the punch slug which is adhered to the punch. The slug removal bushing has a passage for disposal of the punch slugs to which a vacuum may be applied to enhance slug disposal.

    摘要: The invention provides a novel photosensitive recording material in the shape of a multilayer element comprising(i) a photopolymerizable or photocrosslinkable relief-forming layer (RL) of a thickness from 0.1 to 6000 .mu.m and(ii) a dimensionally stable support layer.The said relief-forming layer (RL) consists essentially of an ionic polymer, of one or more photoinitiators and, if desired, of one or more photopolymerizable monomers.The said ionic polymer contains(A) from about 45 to 90% by weight, based on the ionic polymer, of a polymer main chain formed from an alkadiene polymer A',(B) from about 6 to about 45% by weight, based on the ionic polymer, of one or mored olefinically unsaturated side radicals having the structure (I), ##STR1## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are different and are each H or a carbon atom of A',R.sup.3 is a polyvalent, straight-chain or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 -alkylene radical whose chain or branches may be interrupted by --O--, --N-- or --S--,X is --O--, --S-- or --NH--,Y is a polar group,Z is --CH.sub.2 --, --O--, ##STR2## R.sup.4 is H or CH.sub.3, Q is --COOH or --COO.sup..crclbar.,m is an integer from 1 to 3, and(C) from about 0.5 to about 10% by weight, based on the ionic polymer, of cations selected from the group consisting of cations of elements of the main groups I to V, of the subgroups I to VIII and of the lanthanide series of the periodic table of elements, of ammonia, of polyfunctional organic amines, and of hydrazine.In addition, the said ionic polymer may contain further side radicals D which are not photopolymerizable.The novel photosensitive recording material is highly suited for the production of printing plates, relief plates and photoresists.

    摘要: A rotating target ion bombard or implant apparatus with an arrangement for cooling the target. The cooling arrangement utilizes a pattern of air openings or passages and air fins. The pattern of air openings are positioned concentric to the disc hub and act to separate the hub region of the disc from the outer target or work region. The air openings function to both reduce the conductive cross-section between the hub region and outer work region of the disc and permit air to pass from the implant or bombard side to the back surface thereof. The air fins are provided on the back surface of the disc to draw air through the openings when rotating. Cooling is achieved by rotating in atmosphere during the load/unload cycle of operation. Reduction of the conductive cross-section between work region and hub region reduces heat transfer to the ferrofluidic feedthrough means coupled to the hub region thereby increasing the ferrofluidic feedthrough means lifetime.
