    摘要: A packing material for liquid chromatography capable of separating and purifying, or collecting and recovering, a biopolymer such as a protein or a peptide by adsorption and desorption by a pH change without being influenced by the isoelectric point of the protein or by the salt concentration in a solvent in which the biopolymer such as the protein is dissolved. Separation and purification, or collection and recovery, of a biopolymer, is carried out by liquid chromatography by means of a packing material for liquid chromatography comprising a base matrix and a ligand immobilized to the base matrix, wherein the base matrix is a hydrophilic base matrix having alcoholic hydroxy groups on its surface, the ligand is at least one ligand selected from the group consisting of an α-amino acid which is immobilized to the base matrix by an amide bond or an urethane bond via the amino group contained in the α-amino acid.

    摘要: The length of an inner meshing planetary gear type reduction gear transmission is reduced in its rotational axis line direction.A crank member is arranged between a through hole of an external gear, a through hole of an external gear, and a support pin. An eccentric disk that fits with the through hole of the external gear and an eccentric disk that fits with the through hole of the external gear are formed on the crank member. A bearing is arranged between the support pin and the crank member, this bearing supporting the crank member such that the crank member is capable of rotating with respect to the support pin. The length of the reduction gear transmission in its rotational axis line direction is reduced by contracting the length of the crank member, this reduction in length not including the length thereof that has the eccentric disks.

A second recess is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the case within a distance from the center of a first recess along the circumferential direction that equals the tooth pitch of the external gear. Lubricant is retained in the second recess.

    摘要: A maintenance information output apparatus which can output maintenance information of a speed reducer more adequately than the prior art is provided.A maintenance information output apparatus 130 has: an operating portion 131 which is operated by the user; a wired communicating portion which receives data of an amount of iron from an iron amount detecting device that is attached to a speed reducer 20 of an industrial robot 10, and that detects the amount of iron in a lubricant in the speed reducer 20, through a portable wireless receiver 120; a hard disk which stores the data of the amount of iron received by the wired communicating portion; a display 134 which outputs maintenance information of the speed reducer 20; and a processing device which is configured by a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and the like, and which controls the operations of the wired communicating portion, the hard disk, and the display 134 in accordance with an operation on the operating portion 131. When the amount of iron in the lubricant in the speed reducer 20 is equal to or larger than a threshold value, the processing device causes the display 134 to output maintenance information.

    摘要: A reduction gear transmission, a kind of eccentrically-oscillating-type reduction gear transmission, is provided with an internal gear, an external gear, a carrier, a crank member and a bearing mechanism. The external gear comprises a through hole at a position offset from its central axis. The carrier comprises a support shaft that extends into the through hole of the external gear. The crank member comprises a though hole into which the support shaft extends and an eccentric member that engages inside the through hole of the external gear. The central axis of the eccentric member is offset from a central axis of the support shaft. The bearing is disposed between the support shaft and the crank member, and supports the crank member such that the crank member is capable of rotating with respect to the central axis of the support shaft. In this reduction gear transmission, a clearance that extends along the support shaft between the carrier and the inner ring is narrower than a clearance between the carrier and an end face of the crank member.
