    摘要: Disclosed is a structure for fixing a motor stator of a reciprocating compressor, the reciprocating compressor comprising: a frame unit mounted in a casing and elastically supported; a reciprocating motor including an outer stator coupled to the frame unit, an inner stator inserted into the outer stator, and a mover inserted between the outer stator and the inner stator; and a compression unit for compressing a refrigerant by receiving a linear-reciprocation driving force of the reciprocating motor, wherein the inner stator and the frame unit contacting the inner stator are coupled to each other by welding. According to this, the structure is simplified and a fabrication cost is reduced by facilitating a fabrication.

    摘要: A reciprocating compressor comprises: a front frame having a certain shape; a middle frame positioned with a certain interval from the front frame; an outer stator having a winding coil and coupled between the front frame and the middle frame; a cylinder coupled to the front frame; a magnet mounting inner stator having a protruded pole portion at both ends thereof and linear-movably inserted into the outer stator; a magnet mounted at an outer circumferential surface of the magnet mounting inner stator; a piston inserted into the cylinder; a connection unit for connecting the piston and the magnet mounting inner stator; a resonance spring unit for resonating the piston and the magnet mounting inner stator; and a valve assembly for opening and closing a gas flow path so that gas can be sucked into the cylinder and compressed as the piston is linearly-reciprocated. According to this, a usage amount of the expensive magnet is reduced, an output of a driving motor is enhanced, and components are simplified.

    摘要: A stator fixing apparatus of a reciprocating compressor comprises a first frame on which a plurality of first core blocks, each comprising a plurality of laminated stator core sheets, are radially coupled, the plurality of first core blocks being coupled to one side surface of a bobbin body, and a second frame on which a plurality of second core blocks, each comprising a plurality of laminated stator core sheets, are radially coupled. The plurality of second core blocks are coupled to the other side surface of the bobbin body. A coupling portion is provided at each contact portion between the first core block and the second core block, for coupling the first and second core blocks. Thus, deformation of an initial shape of the stator or increase of a defect rate due to a molding material can be prevented, and heat and moisture can easily be discharged, so as to improve the efficiency and reliability of the reciprocating compressor.

The apparatus includes a counter electromotive force detector for detecting a counter electromotive force generated at a motor of a compressor. A stroke calculator calculates a stroke estimation value of the compressor on the basis of the counter electromotive force, and a stroke controller controls a stroke of the compressor by varying a voltage applied to the motor on the basis of the calculated stroke estimation value and a stroke reference value.

    摘要: A motor for a compressor, and a reciprocating compressor having the same, are provided. A winding coil may be formed by removing a bobbin from the winding coil, and then coating an insulating material on an outer circumferential surface of the winding coil, to allow heat and moisture generated by the winding coil to be emitted to outside and provide enhanced performance and reliability. As a bobbin is removed from the winding coil, a coil line may be wound on the removed portion of the bobbin to enhance an occupation ratio by the coil line on the same area, and thus enhance efficiency of the motor. An elastic member or an adhesive may be inserted or applied into a space between the winding coil and a coil insertion groove of an inner stator to minimize vibrations of a coil line. The insulating material, which is in the form of powder, may melt while the coil line is adhered as the self-bonding material melts, forming a coating layer. Accordingly, the winding coil may be easily fabricated, and fabrication costs of the winding coil may be reduced.
