摘要： An adaptive modulation apparatus and method using a multiple antenna selection scheme are provided. The adaptive modulation method using the multiple antenna scheme includes: selecting one transmit antenna from a plurality of transmit antennas; determining a target transmission rate of the selected transmit antenna to transmit the determined target transmission rate to a multiple antenna reception apparatus; receiving, from the multiple antenna reception apparatus, feedback information including information regarding whether to accept the target transmission rate; and transmitting data to the multiple antenna reception apparatus using the received feedback information.

摘要： A method of configuring a frame for fast wireless communication and an apparatus for fast wireless communication are provided. The apparatus for fast wireless communication includes: a frame configuration unit configuring a frame including transmission data; a demultiplexing unit demultiplexing the transmission data included in the frame into N number of parallel streams (N: positive number greater than 2); N number of coding and modulation units connected in parallel to perform error correction coding and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) with respect to each of the N number of parallel streams; and a multiplexing unit multiplexing outputs of the N number of coding and modulation units into serial streams.

摘要： Disclosed are an Unequal Error Protection (UEP) apparatus and method thereof for transmitting various types of uncompressed video signals in a broadband high frequency wireless system. The UEP apparatus may include a UEP transmission controller to verify a bit separation point of separating a color depth and priority for each pixel element being composed of a video data pixel when video data is inputted, and to control an error correction coding of correcting relatively many errors to be used in information with a high priority for each pixel element, a bit separator to separate the video data pixel through a control of the UEP transmission controller based on the priority for each pixel element, and a channel coding unit to use a corresponding error correction coding through the control of the UEP transmission controller based on the priority for each pixel element.

A transmission apparatus of the TDM communication system with the parallel structure includes a Time Division Demultiplexer (TDDM) to perform time division demultiplexing of inputted first serial signals to thereby output the demultiplexed serial signals as a plurality of parallel signals, a plurality of modulators to respectively modulate the outputted parallel signals; a Time Division Multiplexer (TDM) to adjust a multiplexing ratio according to channel-related information, and to perform time division multiplexing of each of the modulated parallel signals in the adjusted multiplexing ratio to thereby output the multiplexed parallel signals as second serial signals, and a transmission antenna to transmit the outputted second serial signals.
