    摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and systems are presented for switching between channels of encoded media data involving receiving encoded media data including reference frames and dependent frames for a plurality of channels, wherein each dependent frame refers to at least one reference frame. Frames associated with a first channel from the plurality of channels are decoded to generate a decoded signal for the first channel. While decoding frames associated with the first channel, data corresponding to at least one reference frame associated with a second channel from the plurality of channels are stored. In response to a control signal for switching from the first to the second channel, at least one dependent frame associated with the second channel is decoded by utilizing the stored data corresponding to the at least one reference frame associated with the second channel, to generate a decoded signal for the second channel.

    摘要: Distributed data, having been stored in a distributed storage system as a collection of distributed data elements, is recovered based on connection of multiple user nodes, each user node having stored selected distributed data elements as a corresponding portion of the distributed data during replication of the distributed data elements throughout the distributed storage system. Each distributed data element is identifiable by a corresponding unique object identifier (OID). Each user node includes a discovery resource for discovering reachable user nodes, a local cache configured for identifying at least the corresponding portion of the distributed data based on the respective OIDs, and an identification service module configured for resolving a data object to a corresponding OID, via the corresponding local cache, or based on sending a query to the reachable user nodes. Hence, user nodes can recover distributed data based on exchanging resolution information and OID information.

    摘要: In a network environment, a first master timing generator generates a first frame reference signal and a second master timing generator generates a second frame reference signal. A first data source generates a first data source signal, a first frame source signal, and a first clock source signal in response to a selected one of the first and second frame reference signals. Similarly, a second data source generates a second data source signal, a second frame source signal, and a second clock source signal in response to a selected one of the first and second frame reference signals. A timing recovery circuit generates a recovered reference signal and a recovered clock signal in response to a selected one of the first and second frame reference signals. A phase aligner stores the first data source signal in response to the first frame source signal and the first clock source signal. The phase aligner also stores the second data source signal in response to the second frame source signal and the second clock source signal. The phase aligner aligns a phase of the first data source signal with a phase of the second data source signal in response to the recovered reference signal and the recovered clock signal.
