    Abstract: A solar cell is disclosed. The solar cell includes a substrate of a first conductive type; a plurality of emitter layers having a second conductive type opposite the first conductive type, the plurality of emitter layers positioned in a first surface of the substrate and extended in a first direction in the first surface of the substrate; a plurality of surface field layers having the first conductive type more heavily doped than the substrate, the plurality of surface field layers positioned in the first surface of the substrate and extended in the first direction in the first surface of the substrate; a passivation layer positioned on the first surface of the substrate and including a plurality of first openings exposing portions of each of the plurality of surface field layers and a plurality of second openings exposing portions of each of the plurality of emitter layers; a plurality of first electrodes positioned in the plurality of first openings and contacting the plurality of surface field layers; a plurality of second electrodes positioned in the plurality of second openings and contacting the plurality of emitter layers; a plurality of first conductive members positioned on the plurality of first electrodes; and a plurality of second conductive members positioned on the plurality of second electrodes.

    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet that defines a storage chamber, a heat exchange space that is defined by the cabinet and positioned rearward of the storage chamber, an evaporator unit that is provided at the heat exchange space, a grill fan assembly that provides a barrier between the heat exchange space and the storage chamber, a drawer door that is configured to be inserted into and withdrawn out of the storage chamber, a draw-out rail provided between an inner surface of the lower storage chamber and both lateral sides of the drawer door to guide a movement of the drawer door into and out of the storage chamber, and a lighting unit provided at a rear surface of the door part and configured to illuminate the drawer part and to guide air coming from the outlet of the grill fan assembly in a downward direction into the storage space.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a refrigerator. Specifically, a refrigerator that is capable of enabling a user to easily introduce or remove goods into or from the refrigerator is disclosed. More specifically, a refrigerator that is capable of enabling a drawer for receiving goods to be more conveniently used is disclosed. The refrigerator includes a cabinet having a storage compartment with a food introduction port formed in the front thereof, a door hingedly connected to the cabinet for opening and closing the storage compartment, a plurality of drawers disposed in the storage compartment, the drawers being arranged vertically, a moving frame extending vertically so as to correspond to the height at which the drawers are disposed, the moving frame being configured to selectively push the drawers such that the drawers are moved toward the food introduction port, an electric driving unit coupled to the moving frame for moving the moving frame toward the food introduction port, and a controller for controlling the electric driving unit to move the moving frame when it is sensed that the door is open.
