Abstract:
A method for receiving a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system; the UE therefore; a method for transmitting an MBMS by a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system; and the BS therefore are discussed. The method for receiving an MBMS by a UE according to one embodiment includes transmitting one or more system information blocks (SIBs); receiving a first MBMS interest indication message indicating whether MBMS reception is prioritized above unicast reception, when a predetermined SIB related to MBMS service continuity is included in the one or more SIBs; and receiving a second MBMS interest indication message according to a change of priority between the MBMS reception and the unicast reception.

Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting an indication in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) transmits an indication to a second node to inform establishment of a connection between a first node and the UE. Alternatively, a method and apparatus for establishing a connection in a wireless communication system is provided.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for delaying transmission of at least one of a buffer status report (BSR) and a power headroom report (PHR) in a wireless communication system. A user equipment (UE) triggers at least one of a BSR and a PHR, but delays transmission of the at least one of the BSR and the PHR to a base station if uplink (UL) transmission is not available. In this case, the UE may not trigger a scheduling request (SR).
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for transmitting uplink control signals in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) transmits a first uplink control signal for a first type cell to a first eNodeB (eNB) on a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in the first type cell. The UE transmits a second uplink control signal for a second type cell to a second eNB on a second PUCCH in the second type cell. The UE transmits a third uplink control signal for a third type cell to the second eNB on the second PUCCH in the second type cell. The third type cell is a cell where a PUCCH is not configured, and the UE supports dual connectivity with the first eNB and the second eNB.
Abstract:
Provided in one aspect is a method for handling a frequency priority performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: receiving minimum priority application request information from a network; and handling a frequency priority for cell reselection on the basis of the minimum priority application request information and the supporting characteristics of the terminal. The minimum priority application request information indicates an application of the minimum priority to a current frequency of the terminal or all frequencies of current radio access technology (RAT) of a cell which the terminal camps on. The supporting characteristic of the terminal is whether the terminal supports the RAT other than the current RAT. The handling of the frequency priority is a variable application of the frequency priority for the cell reselection according to the contents of the minimum priority application request information and the supporting characteristics of the terminal.
Abstract:
Operation of a user equipment (UE) with various timers is discussed. According to this scheme, when the UE receives values for each of timers related with a discontinuous reception (DRX) operation from a network, the UE monitors a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from subframe n+1 to subframe n+X based on a first timer among the above mentioned timers when a first event for starting the first timer occurs at the subframe n, and monitors the PDCCH from subframe n to subframe n+X−1 based on a second timer among said timers, when a second event for starting the second timer occurs at the subframe n.
Abstract:
A method and a user equipment (UE) are described for transmitting power headroom (PH) information. The UE generates PH information, and transmits the PH information to a base station. The PH information includes a first field including a plurality of indicators, each of the plurality of indicators indicating the presence of a second field indicating a PH level of a corresponding secondary cell (SCell). The PH information further includes a type-1 PH field and a type-2 PH field for a primary cell (PCell). Each of the plurality of indicators is set to 0 or 1. An indicator, which has been set to 1, indicates that the second field exists for the corresponding SCell, and an indicator, which has been set to 0, indicates that the second field does not exist for the corresponding SCell.
Abstract:
Provided is a cell reselection method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method includes: receiving first priority information for at least one frequency; receiving second priority information for the one or more frequencies; and selectively applying, based on the state of the terminal, any one of the first priority information and second priority information and performing cell reselection. The first priority information is provided through a connection rejection message and provides instructions on the priority for the one or more frequencies to be lowered. The second priority information is provided from a current cell through system information.
Abstract:
The method includes mapping a first logical channel group (LCG) including one or more logical channels for transmitting first data to the first base station (BS) to the one medium access control entity (MAC) for the first BS and a second LCG including one or more logical channels for transmitting second data to the second BS to the one MAC entity for the second BS; triggering, by the one MAC entity for the first BS, a first buffer status report to the first BS independently of logical channels of the second LCG; and triggering, by the one MAC entity for the second BS, a second buffer status report to the second BS independently of logical channels of the first LCG.
