Abstract: Disclosed are a method for resuming a connection in a wireless communication system and a device for same. More particularly, a method for executing a procedure of resuming a connection by a network node in a wireless communication system can comprise the steps of: receiving a message, which comprises a tracking area update request (TAU request) of a user equipment (UE), from an eNodeB (eNB), wherein the message comprises a result that determines the validity with regard to whether or not resumption of a connection of the UE is possible by means of the eNB; determining whether or not an E-UTRAN radio access bearer (E-RAB) setup for the UE is required; and determining a message to be transmitted to the eNB on the basis of whether or not the E-RAB setup for the UE is required and/or whether or not resumption of a connection of the UE is possible.

Abstract: A disclosed feature of the present specification provides a method for a source cell determining a handover of a packet data unit (PDU) session. The method may include a step of determining a target cell or target next generation radio access network (NG-RAN) based on a measurement report by a terminal. A handover region list can additionally be considered in the target cell or target NG-RAN determination step. The method may include a step of transmitting a handover request message that does not include context with respect to the PDU session to the target cell or target NG-RAN, based on the handover region list, if it is confirmed that the determined target cell or target NG-RAN cannot serve for the PDU session.

Abstract: A method for transmitting, by a first mobility management entity (MME), a group message in group units, to which a plurality of terminals belong, in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving a group message request message requesting for transmission of the group message, wherein the group message request message includes a group identifier (ID) of a group to receive the group message, delivery contents to be transmitted to the group, and validity time which buffers the delivery contents; detecting a first terminal connected to the first MME within the validity time; confirming whether the group ID of the detected first terminal is identical to the group ID of the group message request message; and, if the two group IDs are identical, transmitting the delivery contents to the first terminal.
