    摘要: A rotary coupling for connecting a control device housing to a support arm or an elbow of a support arm system, having a rotating ring fixedly connected to the control device housing and partially rotatable in relation to a coupling piece which is connected to the support arm or the elbow. For equalization of tolerances caused by insufficient twist rigidity of the support arm system, the invention provides that the coupling piece forms a peripheral bearing ring which is convexly arched outwardly and is received in and supported by two shell rings. The shell rings are connected to each other and have concavely arched bearing surfaces. The shell rings are rigidly mounted on the bearing ring of the coupling piece by a clamping cheek. The rotating ring is rotatably maintained on the shell rings by a support ring which is connected to the shell rings.

    摘要: Annealing and quenching method and apparatus for the implementation of the method. An annealing and quenching method for materials or parts referred to as a charge that is finish-annealed in a vacuum annealing plant and that then proceeds into a sluice chamber fashioned a full-pipe. An intermediate deposit of the charge occurs in this sluice chamber. After the intermediate deposit, a first sluice valve that is located between the chamber for the annealing furnace and the sluice chamber is closed. A second sluice valve that is located between the sluice chamber and a quenching container is subsequently opened. Movable brackets for the intermediate deposit of the charge are retracted, so that the charge falls through the second sluice valve into a quenching medium in the quenching container. It can be additionally provided that the pressure differential between the sluice chamber that is under a vacuum before the second sluice valve is opened and the quenching container is utilized before the dropping of the charge. Due to the pressure differential, quenching medium is suctioned out of the quenching container into the sluice chamber when the second sluice valve is opened. The medium comes into contact with the charge. A two-stage quenching process is advantageously achieved. The time from finished annealing up to the cooling bath and the fall path is considerably shortened.

    摘要: A precision vacuum melting and casting furnace with a melting chamber containing a melting device. A casting chamber is positioned below the melting chamber. The casting chamber can be raised, lowered, and swung out to the side. The casting chamber communicates with the melting chamber through a valve chamber, which contains a vacuum valve. The valve chamber accommodates a lift platform for raising the mold up under the melting device. The casting chamber has a lifting mechanism, and the vacuum valve has an activating rod. In order to essentially simplify precise alignment of the different movable parts and to convert an existing conventional casting furnace into a furnace in accordance with the present invention, a hollow vertical shaft is attached to the valve chamber. The rod that activates the vacuum valve extends vacuum-tight through the shaft. A sleeve that guides the casting chamber is positioned at the outer surface of the shaft.

The handle can move around a pivotal axis running perpendicular to the plane of the cabinet door. The slide rod locking system transmits powerful locking forces and at the same time can have a low-height design structure by arranging a lever on an articulated joint of the handle at a distance from the pivotal axis.
